The property’s location is good. The staffs were great people.

Some of the furniture the facility are old and needs to be changed

The gentleman at the reception he is understanding, humble,he helped me get the room I really wanted,i.was happy because not all the time am this lucky...God bless that young man.

it’s like all the bad linen goes to the smoking rooms, there was (what I hope was) a big clump of lotion on one of the towels, plus no one reads the requests

Clean room. Even tho it was a smoking room it still smelled clean

Needs to have monthly discount for nursing travelers

This place was a mess in every sense of the word. had to sleep with the lights on to keep micky and the cockroaches away.

I had to ask someone to clean my room and pay them just to do it and the hotel is expensive for no reason

I had (roaches)in my room and even had to kill one that was crawling on the bed while I was sleeping .. I spoke with the front desk clerk. She said that maintenance would come but never showed up ..

I paid for a non smoking room a couple days before when I checked in front desk said there was no more non smoking rooms available. I had a reservation and everything. Smh

Noisy all night long . People sit outside and didnot feel safe

no privacy, poor room service , frequent banking on the door by room service attendant, loud noise by other guest, lots of pets own by guest left roaming the property. begers/ homeless are seen crowding the property and above all no class was maintain
