A little hidden if you didn't know where it was
Not good security. Had a problem with people at night knocking on doors claiming housekeeping. Nothing was done when I bought it up with management twice.

location was good right on the riverfront
not very clean the first room smelled of horrible smoke and had a hole in the ceiling complained and moved to another room. pool was broke and not open and that was one of the reasons we stayed there

The staff was helpful and friendly. The location is very visible.
Not very conducive for anyone with mobility issues. Handicap parking is to far away from the front desk and rooms. And the other side of the parking lot has a ramp but again it’s to far from the front desk and no cover for when raining.

the building was cool. the staff was wonderful.
our ac leaked so we told the front desk in the morning. she said they’d get a fan or move us. when we returned later in the day they hadn’t touched it. but! when I talked to the girl in the evening she offered a discount. the floor was soaked by the second morning. there was a wedding, so none of the doors were actually locked. the breakfast is not worth $15.

The noise was ridiculous at night. People were slaning doors, talking loudly, and a lot of commotion going on.

The manager, I believe, Ms. Kim was fantastic. She was personable and attentive. We will stay at the Harbour View location again. Thank you Kim for your professionalism.
Bathroom lighting was okay, but for applying makeup, a magnifying mirror would be a great addition.

The restaurant staff was exceptional. Front desk staff were good but didn’t go the extra mile to help you. We stayed 10 days and only had light room cleaning twice and one time because I complained. Finally, I bought garbage bags and emptied my own trash. Then, I took a bag of dirty towels down to front desk. I wanted a room with two queen beds and the only double bed rooms are full size. The bathtub drained slow and the a/c wasn’t working properly. The indoor swimming pool is extremely small. It does have a beautiful view of the park and the breakfast food was exceptional. I guess I just expected more from a Hilton.

THE FRONT DESK ASSOCIATE WAS VERY NICE
I WAS REALLY HOPING TO USE THE HOT TUB BUT IT WAS DOWN FOR MAINTENANCE, THIS HAS HAPPENED TWICE NOW WHILE I HAVE STAYED HERE :(

Front desk staff was super attentive and polite and efficient!
Kitchen delivered my meal to my room within 10 minutes of me ordering.
Toilet ran all night.
Furniture is dated, broken and not up to a Hilton standard.
No laundry bag (even a plastic one) available for dirty clothes I traveled in.
No menu for room service available in room.

beautiful exterior and lobby, but room is very basic. walks and carpets could have been cleaner. old furniture, limited usb.

The disturbances throughout the nite. People knocking on my door after 1:00 am. The loud doors shutting. The extreme noise "All" night.
