tell us that we not gone to stay at the motel but at a diffen place

no breakfast. we had one car, rooms in two different locations! We booked two duplex rooms, neither was! Room 110 at Miles was dirty, tacky floors broken furniture, no garbage can, 2 beds in one room, one had a bucket for a leg! the other room was at another location and only had one bed! We needed two. They put matress and box springs outside the unit but never set them up! Jacob slept on a couch for 2 nights with no bedding! We took some pictures, We asked for some rate adjustment but got none. THey charged us the full amount on my cedit card for the fullrate without us seeing the rooms,no refunds. We decided to leave the evening of the sixth because we were so upset with the attitide of management! We did not even stay the third night! What an awful experience!

Close to destinations for trip

The staff, the carpet, the bed with mysterious white stains, the lack of hot water, the broken shower curtain, the bugs, the door not being sealed when closed, the attitude of the staff, the unwillingness to provide basic amenities, the smell of the room, etc.

This is the filthiest most unsafe property I’ve ever visited. There is bugs, thugs and drugs all around it. 1 tv for the room, beds that are so scary to think of sleeping in. kids and adults screaming all hours, cops everywhere and random people trying to get in.

No clean linens, no housekeeping nothing it is horrible
