It’s was a good distance from the beach
We got a room for a family of 4 , there was no phone in case we needed to get in touch with office or anyone. Not enough towels for 4 people. We waiting for the pool to open but nobody came and opened it and it was passed the openings hours. No hangers to hang any clothes.

Location was great. Only a short walk to the beach and 2 convenience stores nearby. The motel also had a pool, which was kept very clean.
There was no elevator in the building we stayed in.

A few blocks from beach.
The place was filthy. The door wasn’t sealed well so the place was full of mosquitoes and flies. The room was ridiculously humid. All my clothes were super damp after just 2 days. The AC rumbled loudly. The tub was clogged. The bathroom floor was dirty. The paint on the walls was chipped. The lamp shade had a massive amount of dirt on it as well as scribbles in pencil. The door had many layers of dirt on it. The pillows were not comfortable.

It was close to the beach and boardwalk. The fridge in the room was enough for four people.
The pool is very small and can’t accommodate more than ten or more people. The room could of used hangers so we can hang up clothes. A small sage for valuables would of been nice too. The first room was dirty and not ready for human beings to sleep on those beds. I requested another room, and the new room was much better! We enjoyed our stay!

The only decent thing was it was close to the beach
Our stay was terrible the owners were rude when we got there accused us of hiding two people before we even checked in charged an extra 210 dollars on top of the 1466 I already paid when we booked a two queen suit with a kitchen. Then they only allowed us to park there until Friday when we paid to stay until Sunday. We had ants all over room there was a blood spot on one of the beds sheets luckily I brought my own. We asked if we could just have a visitor bc a family member came into town and we weren’t allowed to even have them come stop by. The pool was tiny the water in the room would not get hot so we had Luke warm showers. We come to sea side every year and will NEVER stay here again.

Good location, close proximity to the beach and other activities
Flies in the room, someone had left a surprise in the toilet for us to walk into, gum stuck to the wall, and someone pounding on our door at 1am for 5 minutes straight before giving up and going to the next door down.

The Bed was full size should have been Queen size and bathroom door would not close. Did not have closet

Very close to the boardwalk. Rooms weren't the cleanest, but for one night it was okay. We had no view of anything but a wall. The pool is very small... more for children so we didn't use it.
