the good thing is just 6 mins walk from the center.

carpet was wet. bathroom tap was give us so rough time. not good for family. if you just stay there for sleep then its ok. totally not american standard.

How close it was to the boardwalk

The bathroom was filled with bugs, the door kept breaking and at one point had us locked into the room, there was black things in the sheets.

The room smelled moldy and musty. The sheets had hair on them. the toilet seat had hair on it. The bathroom door was broken. The main door lock was hanging off. we had to ask for fresh sheets.

The location is great, rooms very clean, and the staff was awesome!

There are holes in the ceiling and doors. The furniture is destroyed. It does not have an inviting smell. The property outside is dirty and not well kept. There is no toilet paper on the roll. The room is not inviting or comfortable feeling. It does not make me want to stay again or suggest anyone else to stay.

I loved everything, pool was open and clean and quiet. Noone bothered us and the staff was extremely kind . Super close to everything, I'll be staying here again !

Have to check in on the boardwalk even though the hotel is down the street. Not a huge deal they are very nice.. & no vending machines but there is a seven eleven in walking distance.

How close it was to the beach. Everything else was horrible.

The room was filthy. My kids took their shoes off and their feet were black after just 5 mins of walking on the carpet. The door looked like someone had tried to break in more than once and the trim around the door was broken. The bathroom tub should be replaced completely. I would not allow my kids to have a bath. Shower only with their bathing suits on. I honestly did not want them touching anything. The bathroom sink was all stained up and it should be replaced too. Honestly I believe that housekeeping only comes in and changes the sheets and changes out the trash. They did drop off clean towels for us but that was it. I had asked the front desk for a crib for my 1 year old upon arrival and at first he didn't know what I was talking about and then he said he didn't have one. I have worked in numerous hotels as frontdesk and housekeeping and this place was absolutely horrible. Only reason we stayed was because every place we tried to go to was booked for that weekend. Hotel charlie villas was absolutely horrendous and I do not recommend that place to anyone. Very disappointed customer here.

Rooms stated to be sounds proof, that is not true. No management on site kids running around the front porch area the after midnight, yelling and arguing. Terrible smell in room 26, we realized it was from the bathroom sink. Room 27 had an ac problem it leaked called office took about 30 to arrive and steam clean, I complained that the sc wasn’t working it he said it was just too hot outside. Knowing that I rented two rooms and the other room was much cooler. Woke up to a wet floor again. Soon smelled of smoke. We’re able to check into 1 room early but not the second cleaning was still happening after the 3pm check in time, didn’t receive that key till after 5:30pm.
