Location value staff service and the was very decent.

Bed not very comfortable.

My original room smelled like cigarette smoke and the smoke alarm battery needed changing. The young man at the desk gave me a different room which was much better.

The hotel did not have the right room for us! We called twice to confirm our room since we were traveling late. The staff really didn’t care that the room was not big enough for 3. They wanted 3 people to sleep in a full size bed. It was raining and late they said to get a refund and try another hotel! It was past 10pm. The room had an odor and 1960 carpet. Horrible experience.

The property was very clean and kept up on. Landscaping was very sharp and fresh at all times! The location was a perfect distance to shopping centers, food, and TPA airport!

There is nothing I can say I didn’t like about this location

The WiFi was bad. Weak signal and dropped. Not only with computer but on a phone.

The kitchen was useless. The sink was basically behind a wall that you had to reach somewhat behind to use.

Nice staff very understanding very helpful.

Nothing really it was nice only thing is the room don’t have a microwave but I ate out almost every night so it didn’t matter to me .

The breakfast time was really early, (6-9 am and for the weekend is too early, should be until 10 o 10.30 am on the weekends! )

Room was clean and looked to be newly updated. New shower in bathroom, breakfast was good. Staff was friendly.
