The area was crowded each time I went down. It was too small of a space.

The flooring was very dirty and dingy coming in, in the elevators, and hallways. There was not enough front desk help on this particular evening. We were charged more than what the online Booking.com stated. Very disappointed!!!!

I liked they are in the process of making MUCH needed improvements and that’s about it. They should also let the public know they are renovating so they can make the choice if they was want to stay there. They still have A LOT of work to do!

I didn’t like that the pool looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months, mold or dirt embedded in the floor around my pool. There was bugs in the bathroom, picture included below. Wi-fi was offered ‘free’….I had three young kids with me and was told they have a bad router and it doesn’t reach all the rooms and refused to put us in a different room. A fire alarm was going off the ENTIRE time we were there!! When I mentioned it to the front desk…there was no concern….like it happens all of the time! What if there is a real fire is the major concern?! I didn’t like I paid $250 for false advertising. The picture frames were broken in the rooms BEFORE I got there and they had the nerve to keep my $50 incidental hold. When I called to ask for a manager, I was told she wasn’t available…..then at the end of the conversation she (Misha J) tells me she is the manager. I don’t like being lied to either. She is making me call my bank with a release code to get my $50 back!! At this point, I’m going for all of it back. Do yourself a favor and if you come across this hotel….you are better off sleeping in your car

The breakfast was a mess everything ran out quick and it was hard to get anything.

I realize weed is legal but the whole 3rd floor reeked of it. You couldn’t get away from it. They had people drinking alcohol and liquor on the patio out front and sitting in the breakfast area doing the same thing. Not to mention the porch furniture out front wasinvery poorcondition

Could use a better fruit selection for the breakfast bar. To go bags would be nice also.

Where to start? Have no idea how this hotel is still functioning with so much dirty carpets, unhygienic rooms and bad customer service. Not staying at any Radisson hotels anymore. If I have to rate this hotel from 1 to 10, I would pick 0. This is so nasty hotel

The manager on the weekend was real good and the cleaning ladies was really good

The staff on the weekend was short, the bathroom on the room wasn't in the best conditions.

It was ok

I never got up in time for breakfast. The location is central to everything. Be sure to visit the USS Wisconsin battleship, it's a great value.

poor maintenance and needed repairs and upgrades. carpet in common areas filthy and desperately needs replacement room not fully stocked … no tissues, no hair dryer, no reserve toilet paper coffee bar not kept full lacking staff to man breakfast area
