Great location for our purpose!

The clerk that checked us in didn’t speak English, We didn’t get any information, we had to ask, the bed was uncomfortable ( you felt the springs ) The toilet was the lowest height that I’ve ever seen and we didn’t take a shower (bad) You also couldn’t go to the bathroom and shut the door at the same time.

Location was fine. I was there to visit family, not see the area. The bed was comfortable and clean and the pillows were perfect. The room had a working microwave and fridge.

The first room was not cleaned yet and when I told the front desk they seemed to question me (almost as if I had gone in and messed it up and wanted them to clean it again). By "not cleaned yet" I mean both trash cans were half-full, the towels were bunched up on the sink counter, and the bed was not fully made. The second room clearly had been cleaned but I found dozens of hairs on the floors (one actual clump of hair), open bags of chips in the drawer under the television, and the previous guest's phone charger. So... not a thorough cleaning, to say the least. We were too tired to ask for a third room and as the bed was clean and I could tell no one had slept in it, we stayed. The bed and pillows were great and we slept just fine. The next comment I will leave is not about the property itself but I must mention it. I woke up to find four cars in the parking lot had had windows busted out. Someone had gone through the parking lot and raided cars that had something inside they wanted. Needless to say, I will never stay there again.

A little outdated... smoking room/they did their best to cover odor. I did not know it was a smoking room when booking. It was bearable for one night.

Great location

Good experience overall, my only complaint is that there was no bread or bagels for breakfast. There was a wafle machine and the usual itens for breakfast, but no bread or bagels, nor a toaster. I asked the manager why, and she told me the decision to take the bread out came from Quality Inn dating back from the COVID pandemic. I find that highly dubious, but that was what she said...
