In room heating system was very old and we were concerned by it. Breakfast was extremely basic.

It was strange that my room had no closet/hangers to put my clothing on. Most of my clothes did not need to be hung but someone with a suit or a lady with dresses etc. this would not have worked well fir.

Location wa perfect for my trip, as I visited Old Sturbridge Villag and it was about 2 miles away. The room was simple and clean and the bed was comfortable. I could hear traffic, bt it did not keep me awake. The owner was very nice and hospitable.

The bed was comfy, staff were very nice and they upgraded me which was a bonus. It is right near everything.

It was a little more than I had hoped to pay but I understand since the Brimfield fair was going on down the road.

The staff was great.....very friendly and attentive. Owner/operators.....

The room was quite clean and very neat. As with most stays at other locations, there were a couple things that should have been different but overall it was a wonderful stay and the staff were very welcoming and pleasant.

Tub needs replacing Bed was extremely hard, possibly due to no box spring beneath it

The only thing I personally had an issue with was the front door, needed a it of extra strength to shut fully. Other than that we had no complaints

Room was a non smoking room but it stank of cigarettes. There was used soap in the bathroom. The draws there not cleaned out from the other gested

I was in Unit 20; bed was incomfortable, furniture in need of refinishing; door had gaps and I wasn't sure lock would hold if forced; sketchy neighbors; didn't really feel safe. Lot of garbage behind motel rooms. Would rate it 6 at best.
