Hotel was very dated and Wi-Fi did not work.

We felt safe and the price was much better than hotels nearer to Worcester. The town of Sturbridge is quiet and pleasant. We stayed here to see our daughter at Holy Cross, and it only took about 20 minutes to get there each day. It was convenient to have the car so close to the room. It was also convenient to have a refrigerator and microwave. It was mostly quiet.

I did not like that there are very bright lights directly outside the room which I could see from the bed no matter how well I closed the heavy curtains. There was a large hair in the bathtub when we arrived. There was a lot of dust on the inside of the bathroom door. We could hear people talking in the morning and evening. If the other guests were not mostly quiet older people, we might have had a problem.

on the last day, The owner deliberately open our room before around 10.00 AM while we were out for business. Lucky we were back to see what happen. They attempted to check us out before 11.00 AM and charge 1 more day. Without this incident, everything is OK. Clean.

Room was very hotel like for a motel, nice tv too which seems to be oddly hard to come by these days in hotels. It’s nice you can drive right up to the door and you get a nice big window.

The room smelled a bit too strong of cleaning products mixed with what I assume is just the smell of an older building, it wasn’t bad exactly, nice to know it’s been cleaned a lot, but when I laid down for the night it kept me up for a little bit until I opened a window. Also a little close to the street so you hear cars in the morning.

The price was right for a last minute booking. And I like that there was no extra charges for amenities it was just as it was advertised as well as a convenient location

was not impressed with the cold demeanor of the owner when we checked in. As well as I've never stayed in such a uncomfortable hotel bed. we both literally got the worst sleep o life And was lame for 2 days. And on the back of the key it was kind of sketchy with the first three things being report suspicious people lock your doors and lock up your valuables. I don't know what kind of a shady drug stop this place is but it sure as heck was a jumping all night with random weird noises and people in and out definitely not a family establishment. We could not sleep sound being in fear

We stay at this Scottish Inns each year when en route to Maine. It is reasonably priced with accommodations that meet our overnight needs.

Price had increased. Breakfast is nothing to rave about, & juice was not available.

I love staying there it's next to almost everything restaurant gas station Dunkin Donuts Chinese food so much stuff

Management warmed up the room in anticipation of our arrival. They stocked the room with the extra pillows and blanket that I requested. Good information on area restaurants. We were grumpy on arrival as we were tired and hungry, but the staff ignored that and were pleasant and patient with us! Very clean, adn the shower was nice and hot. Bathroom very clean. CLeaning staff wore masks.
