The staff from front desk to general manager was Terrible DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Way too many hotels to book to be treated poorly. Very unprofessional.

Everyone was so nice, welcoming and friendly. There was enough room for out family of 6 in 1 room. Which is hard to find. The room was so nice and very comfortable.

The exterior was well kept and inviting. Housekeeping staff were Amazing. Friendly and helpful.

bathroom door didn’t lock and bathroom needed to be upgraded and too dark.

This correct hotel is located far from the city center. we booked a large double queen bedroom with Sofa and it was comfy enough to accommodate our family of 4. the room came with a fridge, a microwave, and a coffee machine. the cleanliness was correct despite the hotel is becoming a bit faded. We highly appreciated the swimming pool that was really well heated (probably around 28 degrees Celsius). the breakfast was good with warm waffles and good eggs. you can buy few food items at the counter (pasta meal...)

be aware that the Jacuzzi on the pictures does not exist anymore. this Hotel is fading and would need to be revamped soon. the beds are not at the comfort level they should be. the pillows were far too small. the Sofa Bed is not usable without additional bed pad.

The photos of the facility Brown dated. I was looking forward to the hot tub that is no longer there. I stayed on the third floor and kept finding roaches in the bathroom at night. I was very concerned I would be bringing some home.

Staff rude lady put my son out of room after I reserved anthor night for his birthday.because she said he smoked in the room but in this website when I reserved a room. I checked smoking room WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN PERIOD!!

Front desk staff was polite and helpful. They tried hard to resolve problems. Breakfast was adequate and tasty

I liked the location it was close to a lot of stores and pharmacy’s, The hotel decor was beautiful.

Too many things i didn’t like, 1st I requested a handicap room which was NOT honored, so I ask for the 1st floor, then the front desk attendant advised me she would call me when a room was available (I asked for early check in) which she never called😒. We arrived at 9 am and I came back about 2:15pm which she had already assigned different people there room, I had 2 handicap seniors with me and she told me I should have called the hotel to confirm, she kept insisting it’s a 3rd party and we should have call. I then noticed that night there were NO sheets for the let out bed, so here I am again going to the front desk to speak to the gentleman, they gave me a set, I advised the laundry room will not open with the room key, they came and put the garbage can in the door to keep it open, the other worker said the locks wasn’t working, then I needed change for the laundry which he got out of the machine to give me change. The 2nd night I asked the front desk if they could change out my towels since it was 11am and no one came to ask if we needed anything while they was cleaning the other rooms, she said ok, when I returned to the room later that night, they didn’t even clean the room only left the towels and took the trash out, overall for the price that was paid I expected a better standard clean functional hotel, there was a few things broken/ not working in the bathroom (shelf),coffee maker, I had my family get coffee from the breakfast area in the front. I know this hotel chain has better service for there customers, it’s a shame that 1 Apple can spoil the bunch. I hope 🤞 this hotel gets up to standard especially since the price they are asking is not acceptable for the quality and service we received.
