Excelente ubicación.
- Me enviaron a un hotel distinto al de la imagen pero estaba en una mejor ubicación.
- La calidad del desayuno es baja.
- El desayuno queda a unas cuadras del hotel y solo era una hora (difícil para una persona con movilidad reducida)

The room seemed clean and in a safe location.
Staff attitudes, they act like it's my privilege to stay there, I could have booked anywhere in the area. Poor customer service, telling me to wait while they look at their cell phones.

Your check in procedures could be better. Very small area when you have 30 people all trying to check in at the same time.
But the front desk people handled it very well.

location was good. we were on the courtyard sat out there frequently
the check in process is crazy with all their properties checking in at one place. breakfast is crazy too with everyone going to one location. has a kitchen but you need to bring your own stuff!!

Nothing went well.
No on-site check-in and they made no help nor accommodation with check-in with a disability and I even called to explain the situation and they told me I had to find a way to walk for a check-in site blocks away from the hotel with no parking anywhere in the area at all (other than a garage with people loitering everywhere and high cost). They falsely claim at booking there is on-site parking. I get in and no one will help me even though I am in extreme pain from walking. They want to charge you $18 to park... sneaky... but the problem is that it is several blocks away or more at another business for that cost? They didn't give me a room and I had to leave because of the pain of standing trying to deal with them. I have a feeling they didn't actually have a room for me at booking since there was no parking for blocks. Several people ahead of me were coming in saying their keys... not cards... didn't open their room which meant they had to be given other rooms, probably mine. However, they still charged me for the room after I left not getting anything but trouble!!!! They are a scam!!!

mold in the AC and horrible smell. when I came to the front desk and said about that they said “ok, we will fix it” and nobody came. 3 days of stay. I’ve been there about 15 times but this was my last time. Stay away.

beautiful and clean I stay in 1604 the new building I will be back with my family soon

It was beach front, and quieter than I expected.
got in super late, like midnight, there was a line at the front desk, which wasn't where the address is for the hotel I booked. They have many properties in a few blocks, but it's not really clear by what you book on the website exactly where to go. They have a store in the lobby by the front desk, people kept coming in drunk/high to buy things which slowed down check in since they only had one employee working. A lot of people where hanging out, felt a little questionable, even at our building they were sitting on the steps smoking weed when we finally got into our room, had to stand in line behind 4 other people, one already had a room she just wanted to extend her stay... and did it at 12:30 am

The check-in desk is 2 blocks away from the hotel where there are 2 receptionists that handle several properties that are the same as this motel
I spent 1 night due to long transit so i chose something near the airport but i wish i didnt
I arrived at 0100am it took me a while to find the reception, then a loooong queue i got into my room at 0315!!! And planned to leave at 10am

Had to walk two blocks to check in no sense of community front desk agent wasn’t consistent with checking in seem like it was her first time working alone, seem overwhelm and not to friendly
Service and condition of room entrance outside wasn’t to attractive and around the building had Random people hanging out in the area there wasn’t no phone in the room traveling to another stay and place of staying isn’t strong on safety for the guest no land line and in case of emergency and cell phone die or lost front desk is 2 blocks away from the room.

Of course the location is fantastic! It’s right in the center of all the action along the broadwalk.
The room itself was just ok. The shower was very mediocre as the head was broken and the kitchen was ill-equipped. The bathroom and front doors were filthy and hadn’t been cleaned. Also the patio, stairs and decks were very dirty with food and trash. I would think that a room service person would notice these items!!
