Breakfast had a good variety of options: cereal, oatmeal, bagels/pastries, eggs, meat, pancakes, and fresh fruits. The pool was warm and wasnt overwheled with chlorine.

I felt like I was walking through a maze to/from get from my room to the loby/breakfast area. One pillow case had a huge hole on the underside. There was not any hand soap was in the bathroom upon arrival or after turndown service. When checking the room for all of my belonings I found a dirty pair of socks under a bed that did not belong to me/my party. I wish there would have been apple juice and 1% or skim milk options at breakfast.

Clean rooms and other facilities such as the pool and fitness area. Morning breakfasts had a nice diversity and the area was kept clean. Staff was friendly and the location was perfect. Minimal noise pollution.

That the elevator didn’t go to the whole 2nd floor and that the whole second floor wasn’t accessible to itself from all areas. Meaning you had to go downstairs to go back upstairs

Disappointed! For 250 a night I was shocked at the service and the hotel itself. We called in the morning to see if we could get early check in, they told me to call again at 2, still no. Then we get there 25 minutes before check in and they had us sit there and wait until after 4 for check in. They said they didn’t have the room available? That’s never happened to us before and we travel a lot. So it made us late to a surprise party we had come into town for. We got completely lost for 10 minutes trying to find our room ….it’s like a maze in there. We ran into three other people in the hallway who got lost too. Then when we got into the room all of our soap bottles provided in the bathroom were empty I couldn’t even wash my hands. The shower looked like it had been used. The hotel itself is dated as well, we could have stayed at a way better one for the same price. Overall not worth the amount to stay at all.
