The staff was absolutely excellent and caring. Breakfast was good and coffee all day is a perk

Comfortable bed and friendly staff

No emergency back up lights in stairwells. Had no way to get down from 3rd floor when power went out due to severe storm.

We had someone walking while I was getting changed.when we brought it to front desks attention she told me my bad. Then when she tried to fix it she de activated our cards. Couldn't call front desk phone in room was broken. Lady at front desk was notified she did nothing

Friendly and helpful staff, very convenient to dine and shop.

It was clean and easy to check in/out. We only stayed one night before camping so it was a good fit for what we needed. The front desk employee when we checked in was very friendly and helpful.

No extra bells or whistles but it was a fine place to stay for our needs.

right on booking it says pet friendly we are on our way home this morning at get a 108 dollar charge for some deep clean bs mind you the animals were show rabbits that were in carriers on a tarp so wtf are you deep cleaning???not a cat or a dog but show rabbits that never even touched the damn floor

The telephone communication at the hotel was a limited transaction, "Jay Karl F." was polite but we were made to pay in order t have somewhere to stay upon our arrival time. THAT was not acceptable. Additionally, we do not believe we should have to wait 7-12 business days for our refund. Booking.com took our payment for the online booking in less than 5 minutes.
