The property is very dated. The room was very small, dated, dark and a little worn out.

The property was clean and well located. There were dining and stores close by and the airport was close by without any of the noise.

Unfortunately the key machine was down, so the frosty desk staff had to let us into our room each time we left. Staff handle this well but we felt bad making them do this for us.

It was reasonably priced, clean and quiet.

The little store/pantry items could not be charge to the room which was frustrating

Location of the hotel to a lot of restaurants, gas and highway.

Beds were not comfortable. Shower head water pressure was light and not adjustable. Furniture needs updating, many nicks and scratches. Room carpet was very worn where it met the hardwood. Hallway carpets weren’t cleaned. I found dirty spots in our room on the headboard and footboard. It smelled like wet dog. I went to the desk to let them know my concerns and they told me that was the only handicapped room they had and would charge me extra if they switched me to one of the only rooms that they had available. No apology for my inconvenience. I bought Clorox wipes and cleaned every surface myself.

Pool hours should be longer on weekends ecspeacilly.there are no liabilites considering there are no lifeguards anyway!!

The room was big comfortable. Pet friendly, workout rm.

The pool was cloudy and our bathroom really needs scrubed everyday. 1 shampoo etc for 3 ppl. Change the t.p paper and where they put the extra roll. Honestly was awful.

Staff was wonderful! Spacious room and bathroom, very clean, really great shower. Terrific value for the price and convenient to lots of restaurants. We were so happy to find this place easily and book the room quickly after our flight was canceled. It was a welcome, happy ending to a fairly stressful day.

Location of hotel was good and easily accessible to main roads and side roads. Staff was courteous and polite. Very clean and easy to navigate. Our king suite was huge and plenty of space to stretch out. Bed was okay, not the best nor the worst I’ve slept on. Didn’t eat the breakfast due to premade plans, but from what I was able to see, it did look appetizing.

The only thing I didn’t like was there isn’t additional entrances that we could access via a keycard. So while many guests had their tailgate BBQs in the parking lot closer to the entrance, the other guests had to park in the back parking and walk around through the tailgate parties to get inside. Still not a full issue with us, but is my only complaint if I had to have one.

Breakfast was good and room was clean.

The USB ports didn’t work in either room my family was in, and the bedside lamps in both rooms had rust on them.

It was convenient. And it was near where I wanted to be.

The trim at the bottom at the floor was missing. Just did not feel as clean as it could have been. Room looked a little incomplete.

The room was spacious and they allow dogs.

We couldn't control the heat in the room (I even turned the thermostat off but the heater stayed on all night). The tub drained very slowly and there were a lot of furniture dings (scratches, crumbling tile, etc).

Prices were fair for the hotel. Complimentary breakfast was good. Staff was friendly and happy to help.

The beds weren’t super comfortable, our bathroom light didn’t turn off. Furniture should be replaced in rooms where it once was. Could use some updating, in some places. Put money into a business and make more in return.

Pool was nice, steps helped our grandson be comfortable in the water. Rooms were nice and the location was convenient.

The pillows were too soft. We were not able to get a free breakfast. It closed at 9;00, we got there at 9:08.
