Close to the airport

The breakfast was terrible. Eggs & sausage were cold. They had gravy, but no biscuits. They ran out of regular waffle mix and only had strawberry. The facilities were old, outdated, and dirty. Shower was clogged. Didn’t want to sit anything down in the bathroom because it was gross. My sister got bit by something in the middle of the night. Would never stay here again.

Breakfast was okay

The bedsheets made me and my partner itchy for most of the night. It was frustrating!

Staff was so kind.

Cleanliness of our room. It was a little run down and a lot of the breakfast items were already empty an hour before breakfast was supposed to be over.

The hotel was great &’ front desk staff was really nice

Owner was VERY rude. We had to be moved in the middle of the night due to noise above us with 8 people in one room. When we took our complaint to the manager he asked us well what do you want me to do about it?! He was very rude &’ definitely lost customers.

Breakfast very good. Parking & entry & lemon water very nice.

One night staff said we were not to sit in the lounge/ breakfast table area (same place) in evening playing cards. Then she changed her mind said she had all night to clean.…. It was a little uncomfortable .

the staff seemed to be constantly engaged with other staff members or people who were loitering around the hotel that were clearly not guests. the behavior was quite unprofessional and their social engagement was a far greater priority than assisting guests. management needs to be involved asap. trashy

Didn't have the breakfast, but there was coffee available in the breakfast area at non-meal times.

Bathroom linens were not fully stocked, but that was taken care of quickly. The sink drained slowly but the maintenance guy attended to that while we were out. Better but still slow.

Mary the 2nd shift front desk was amazing, the room was clean , even allowed us to check in early. unfortunately some of our belongings came up missing from our room. The manager on duty was of no help. My cousin and I were not happy but in a hurry. 15 minutes after leaving they call and say they found my belongings. They found them in the hall and only a few of the things that were missing were found. The first 4 nights amazing and then……

Just a bad location to get in and out of when leaving. Not the hotels fault, roads around it.
