Nothing!!!!

I was supposed to have a 2 King Bedroom, instead of I got 1 King bed and a pull-out couch with a horrible mattress. I am a 100% disabled veteran and sleeping on a pull-out caused extreme pain in my injured back and hips. The room was old and the mattress was stained as well as the bedding. Horrible place and any help to rectify the booking issue was disregarded.

We liked the location because it was close to where we needed to be.

The bathroom was filthy. There was pee left under the seat from prior guests, the shower did not drain, and it looked like there was mold in the corner of the bathroom. There was a lot of missing paint on the walls or scuff marks. There were stains on the sheets that appeared to be blood.

Very comfy beds. Lots of plugs and loved the extra side tables/chair. Breakfast choices were better the first day. 2nd day front desk staff was friendly.

a bit dusty in the room. found some dead flys and giant fuzz balls on the windowsill and in the bathroom. not enough towels for the 4 guests in the room. and when we asked for more was told the hotel was sold out, so they didn’t have any more. we had to wait until the next day. Front desk staff seemed very frazzled. Definitely could have used some fruit choices at breakfast. and maybe some muffins or something. The first day had better choices at hot bfast. second day was super basic and not very flavorful.

Room was not very clean, there was stains all over and you could see hair and dirt along base boards every where. Toilet ran all night. shower barely worked.

Stained tub, worn rug, no shampoo or body wash in room. Understaffed.

The only time they cleaned our room was the day before we left. We were there from the 21st thru the 28th of December. We asked for the room to be cleaned every day. We had to ask for towels the first night there. No cups or soap. This Hotel is a black eye to your brand. I felt I over paid to stay at this hotel. Didn't get what I paid for. The heating unit had a large space between the wall and the unit and very cold air came thru it. All they did was put towels in it . Never called anyone to come and fix it. . No one wore any type of uniform so you tell who worked there. . I would rate this hotel - 5 a very bad experience. I don't know if I would book at your hotel chain ever again.

shabby furnishing and in need of maintenance… for example: the leather chair in our room was worn, discolored, and had holes in it. many things were out of order- ex ice machine, vending machine. our window blinds were broken.

Easy to get to , and very clean.

I honestly can't think of one thing.

Perfect location. Good price. Manager was amazing. Saw her in action coping with unreasonable and rude guests. So professional.
