Remote was broken to tv shower head was falling off

Nice room. Blackout curtains which I always appreciate. Comfy beds. Nice shower. Loved the low light options in the room. Nice location. Quiet.

Saw 2 roaches. Which means there were 50 more that I didn’t see… The room was quite nice. I was surprised to see roaches. No DND sign in room. Had to go to lobby where he had to find one to use. Id stayed at a Microtel Inn before where policy was that housekeeping didnt enter at all during your stay unless specifically requested so with a missing DND sign, I figured policy was the same here. But nope. No sign, they’d walk right in next morning. And in this case, walking in would be super easy because final issue: Swing bar lock on door was broken off. Front desk attendant said they were replacing them so that’s why they’d been removed. Their purpose is security. Should not remove unless immediately replacing & should not issue the room without it. That was actually pretty odd. My review, however, is based on the roaches. I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels and have never had that experience. I can let a lot slide but not roaches.

The room was clean and everything were updated well. Breakfast was simple but good enough.

The pillows were too flat and uncomfortable.

Online rezervasyonumdan sonra 1 Kasım akşam saat 7 sıralarında otele giriş yaptım. İlk Kredi kartımla temassız ödeme yapmaya çalıştım. Resepsiyondaki görevli Ödemenin gerçekleşmediğini söyledi. İkinci kez pin kodunu girerek ödeme yaptım. 2 Kasım sabah 10 da otelden çıktım. Akşam saatlerinde kredi kartı hesap hareketlerimde 2 kez ödeme alındığını farkettim. Kendilerini telefonla arayarak bilgi verdim. Yapılan mükerrer çekimin birini iptal edileceğini söylediler. Aradan 4 gün geçti, hala geri ödeme yapılmadı. Bekliyorum. Ayrıca Otel son derece gürültülü idi. Gece boyunca gürültüden uyuyamadım. Odalar arası Ses yalıtımı yok, bitişik odanın bütün sesleri gece boyunca kulaklarımı tırmaladı. En kötüsü otelde tanıyamadığım çok kötü bir koku vardı. Dehşet rahatsızlık verdi.

The bathroom was not clean, and my credit card got charged twice..

The property was conveniently located

There were many workers of some sort staying in the facility. One gave us a scare on the stairs. The first room we were in, the door did not lock properly. we switched rooms and the ac unit was so loud, it woke me every time it kicked in.
