The room had a very nice bathroom and huge mirrors with great lighting bordering them .

The photos definitely make the property look 10x better than reality . The area is very sketchy and in a small random cut off the highway. The pool area is small and surrounded by chain link fence . Photos advertised make it look way more appealing . All the grass outside room sliding door is dead and yellow. No patio furniture . Just a huge stretch of completely dead grass and a beat up parking lot. Had to change rooms twice - First room had water all over the floor from a leak . Second room had dirty sheets and long strands of hair in the bed / on night stand . Asked for a refund and left. Definitely did not trust the area and rooms were not cleaned properly . Watch out if you decide to stay here. I recommend finding another place .

Price was good, less than than other hotels in the area. Beds had clean bedding and smelled freshly washed. Room had small fridge and microwave. A/ C worked well and room was very cool. Check in was easy and staff was pleasant.

Hardly in wall plugs for charging phone. One was behind my bed and hard to get to. Had to unplug lamp to use. Tv wasn’t working properly but maintenance man came and fixed shortly after I notified front desk, very nice man got it working. Front door stuck and had to push extremely hard to open. There were 4 of us and only 3 towels available. I’m sure I could have gotten more but didn’t feel like calling front desk again. Otherwise, no issues with our stay.

It didn't feel super clean, the hallways had not been vacuumed and it felt a little like a motel, instead of hotel. Rooms were smaller and not as nice as the photos. Strange design with the beds, with damaged walls. Never saw staff other than check in.

Room was super clean. Quite comfy. Lovely balcony.

Unfortunately, the pool area wasn't very clean. My children didn't even want to swim. The pool was our main reason for picking that hotel.

We’ve been visiting this hotel for many years. However, we are disappointed with the total remodel…it seemed so cold and un inviting with all the mirrors and chrome. you took out all the beautiful roses, UGH! it was wonderful when it was The Rose Garden Inn. The bed was so uncomfortable, should’ve bought new ones for the cost of the remodel! The new tubs are very slippery. We hate the new look, probably won’t be back! looking for a new stay.

The room was cldan enough. but the common areas of the property were dirty and sustandard.

The bathtub was very slippery. I fell and almost broke my shoulder. I should sue but I don't have the time or inclination.

Everything was clean

the pipe was clogged and water started to come out the pipe while my neighbor was having a shower( The hair dryer and one of the keys didn’t work

the rooms are cheaply updated and the sliding doors are not very secure

Very clean; very comfortable; friendly staff.

The pillows and beddings have a very strong smell. I had a hard time sleeping. I found out after I shower that the towels also had that strong smell.

Everything was great.

There was no option of breakfast at all, not even coffee or any pastries at the lobby. Adding even very basic option for breakfast for the guests is highly appreciated.

My favorite thing was the big vanity mirror Infront of the beds and the beds themselves were really comfortable.

To loud, people fighting and jelling in the hall. was charged $100.00 deposit. haven’t gotten it back. was promised a discount due to the fighting and loud noises. Didn’t happen. Beds are uncomfortable. no counter space in bathroom. The plugs don’t all work. The plug in the bathroom is on the wrong side of the sink. Cord has to lay in the sink. very dangerous. do disappointing.
