Everyone we encountered at the hotel were lovely except the staff in the restaurant we didn’t have a booking and the restaurant was pretty empty so we asked if they had a table for two available the staff on the desk just kind of looked at each other for a minute until one of them handed another two menus and muttered something then the other staff member walked off with the menus and just left us at the desk and another hostess told us to follow her we were then seated at a table and I asked if we could sit in a booth we were told no they had to hold booths for reservations there were only about 3 booths occupied at this time and plenty empty it was around 5:30, we decided that we felt so uncomfortable that we were just going to eat in the cafe instead where all the staff are super friendly and helpful, during the time we were in the cafe I did pop back to the restaurant and the booths were all still pretty much vacant so that led me to believe that they couldn’t have been booked out both the cafe and restaurant were quiet at the time we were there, it’s a shame it put a dampener on our evening as we had only booked 1 night as a special stop off on our Californian road trip

My daughter and my friend enjoyed our stay so much and said so many great things about this place. My daughters favorite color is pink so she loved the hotel room and the staff was very friendly. We stayed in the España room.

The breakfast was great and so was dinner and location.

some of the decor was tearing/falling apart. it would’ve been nice to ha e more access to water (water filling) stations. they only give 2 complimentary water bottles. in the hot summer I would’ve like better access to water. also I wanted iced coffee in the morning and went to 2 different ice machines, walking quite a distance for the 2nd one, and they weren’t working. I was told they don’t the ice machines in until 9am. that was annoying because the cafe was far from our room. and I just wanted an ice coffee in my room at 8:30. although the plus is when I called the front desk they had someone bring ice to my room.
