Like the location (right off US 101), spacious room, and the cleanliness. The breakfast is ok. I like the Starbucks coffee.

the bed was too soft and springy for me and the AC made a very loud sudden noise.

Great location off of the freeway. Plenty of free Parking. Nice facilities.

Would have preferred that breakfast was included in the stay.

I really love that the accommodated us even though we arrived a couple of hours early I also liked the waitress and the cook food was good

I didn't like that the pool was a bit dirty also with the jacuzzi

Have stayed at this hotel regularly for the last 10 years. Gotten very expensive compared to equal alternatives similarly located or better. No daily cleaning of room – not even once over 5 nights… - same back in November – no improvement No offering of laundry service – same back in November – no improvement Some of the self-made yogurt and fruit available for breakfast was questionable on freshness – no date marking - and ran out of yogurt.

Immediate access to Starbucks is an all-star service - well done! The breakfast burritos were exceptional. New and clean services always rate highly for me, because I am very picky...you passed with flying colors. We will be back, please don't change the recipe.

No where did I see when I booked this that they were charging $10 for parking. A joke given the setting. Then area of their carpet were filthy.

we ended up with an extra unexpected traveler, whose flight has been canceled. Although the courtyard was sold out for the evening, they managed to accommodate us with a extra sofa, bed in our room for our traveler. Outstanding service, especially customer service.

The location was excellent. We did not eat a full breakfast although it looked good. It was a bit confusing-only one breakfast was included but I think that was a mistake since there were two people in the room. We just grabbed coffee and a roll.

The only thing two things we did not like was we could not get the TV to work and the shower was really hard to turn on but finally figured it out - took some man strength.
