good beds microwave and fridge in room. It was quiet. They did have coffee and it was good

It was advertised as having breakfast and it did not.

Customer service was great. Parking was easy park with my extra long vehicle.

The rooms and property did not look as pictured. Everything was falling apart, dirty, stained. The floors of my room were really gross and oily and I could not walk barefoot in the room. The towels and sheets were stained and ripped. The air conditioner was disgusting, with gunk coating the vents. On the morning of check out, at 9:20 am, I had an employee enter my room without waiting for me to respond to the knock (and I was not completely dressed). It was scary. He came back again and said he was there to complete a work order. I was suspicious and told him he couldn't come in then. When I tried to call the front desk from the room phone about it, the phone did not work. I tried to call from my cellphone and the hotel phone number did not work. I decided to check out. When I did, I told them about the phone line and tried to tell them about the man entering my room, but their English was poor (it was two older Indian gentleman) and they couldn't really understand me. When I conveyed to them it was a MAN, not a maid, who entered my room, they said they did not send anyone to my room so there was nothing they could do. This alarmed me even more-- the person that entered my room was not an employee?? I was told there was no manager on duty for me to speak to and that there was nothing to be done. Still very concerned, I exited the office. One of the men followed me out. A housekeeper came over and started speaking to the gentleman in English, so I asked the housekeeper about the man who had entered my room. He said that the man had probably been there to ask if I was checking out or staying late (despite the fact that he came to my room 1.5 hours before checkout and that he had told me a different story). The man in question then wandered over and said no, he'd had a work order. No one seemed to know what was going on or feel remorseful that my privacy and trust had been violated by a man who entered my room with a knock and no wait time.

The bed was comfortable, room was clean, AC worked great, I had no issues when I locked my key cards inside my room by accident, they took care of it and let me back inside. The front desk guy I dealt with first was super friendly.

There were a few rust stains on the sheets, the bathroom door only had a doorknob but no insides. It didn't latch. The parking wasn't great because we could not see our vehicle from our window.

Ice machine is outstanding, room cold, bed comfy, good value.

Key did not always work, what breakfast?

Clothes from someone else hanging on back of bathroom door. Carpet could use repair or replace. Chair had springs hanging from bottom of it.

One guy that works there he tried to help out but he is only one person

The toilet ran all night had to take the back off and fix it so it won't stay running ,everytime they cleaned the room it got halfway there was soap and a sock left from before we got there and in my other room it had hair and I dont know what it was in the bathroom and when they clean the room they don't change the bedding they just make the beds and second they don't know before entering the room they just open if they see anyone they just shut the door right back .they pulled the trash out of the trash can and put on the contner and got pop all in my dryer that I brought and it quit working didn't replace any soaps and when you try and ask questions the office can't really understand what your talking about jus bad all The way around
