The room was comfortable and clean. The hotel was located conveniently right off I-20 and we could walk to the Waffle House and Circle K. It was quiet and away from traffic. We didn’t stay to eat breakfast but it was provided.
The toilet seat was plastic and didn’t fit well so it moved a bit but not a deal breaker. The tub was very slippery mainly because the water was very soft and the tub was slick. Just caution when you step in. There’s nothing to grip and hold onto.

The male receptionist that works there is very rude and unprofessional. The lady is very nice. The cleaning staff was very aggressive .

Absolutely nothing. It was a place to stay during the winter storm.
The infestation of cockroaches and the fact that the heater didn’t work on a night with temp as low as 15 degrees.

Reception was so nice. The bed was amazing. We traveled 12 hours that day, so I was so happy that the bed was soft and supportive. Room was very clean.
The only thing I would say that I would change is that the water pressure in the shower was very weak.

The location is very convenient for anyone traveling on I-20. Room was clean and quite spacious.
No breakfast was included, but a Waffle House was next door. I walked over there to get something to eat in the morning.
