Location is great except for the traffic problem which started around 9:00 am and lasts ALL day and evening. The breakfast was typical. Nothing to write home about.

This facility is in various states of disrepair. It is dated so I’m not sure what renovations took place. The picture on websites was taken from the river looking up so it looks amazing. It is not. The parking is a joke. One must squeeze in between big poles. I was told that I had to park below (between the poles) because the parking at ground level was for those guests that had rooms directly in font of the spaces. I asked for a ground level room and was told there weren’t any. The ELEVATOR WAS BROKEN. My 81 year old mother had a mini stroke and walks with a cane. Hoofing it up and down stairs was terrifying and downright dangerous. Hauling our luggage up and down stairs was ridiculous. Had I known that elevator had been broken all week (information gleaned from a couple from NY) and that other people were lied to as well, we would have never checked in. I asked numerous times if the elevator was getting fixed and was lied to numerous times. I was told that it would definitely be fixed Friday, July 14. The gentleman and woman behind the counter told me I’d get a phone call once it was repaired. None of this happened. I was told I’d be compensated. 20% off is not fair compensation for this disastrous stay. AND, since I booked through a 3rd party I’m sure I’ll never even see that 20%. I would never stay here again.

Price and staff friendliness

Getting in and out wasn’t easiest. Had a tall truck and maxed out the parking height under and couldn’t exit to the south. cleanliness wasn’t the greatest and didn’t change our sheets each night or make both beds, Breakfast was ok but did find a bug in the eggs that were in the egg warmer, so settle for toast.

Pool out of order, hot tub out of order!! Elevator out of order! Attendent at desk not very friendly! Overall I wish I would have known the hot tub was out of order I would have picked another location!

When we got to our room it hadn’t been clean told the front desk and they did give us an upgrade for our trouble . The bathroom is small

When we checked in the clerk upgraded our room to one with a king bed and a fireplace. The breakfast was great. the veiw off the balcony over looking the river was nice.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was hot and delicious every morning, river front was beautiful and just loved the romantic fireplace! Will stay again on our next romantic getaway!

We were within walking distance of shopping and we were on the River

Nothing went well .Worst experience ever, unless you are looking for a place to stay that rents nasty non functional rooms by the hour, make sure the rate includes a haz mat suit. You are going to want and need one. Be prepared to not have a closet to hang your haz mat suit in though. I mentioned no closet, TV was on the blink, Fireplace wouldn't get hot, It only turned on. Room was tiny. The WIFI didn't work, Room smelt and looked dirty, You could see mold on the walls, Furniture looked filthy. No linens could be found. Hopefully you can get out of there safely and healthy. We left right after walking in the room. I tried to cancel with a penalty, but wasn't able to, even though the booking agreement showed that I could. It took over a month to get a call returned and then I was told by the manager that she could do nothing. Some places just want your money ,and they got it. They have no respect for customer service

I didn't like anything except being able to leave. The place should be knocked down. It was the most disgusting hotel I have ever walked in to. Please be careful when looking at pics on the internet, Unless you are staying at a big brand, I would be very cautious. I will be calling the local chamber of commerce about this sleezy hotel.

We stayed 2 nights here.Our very large handicap room was very clean.The entire hotel smelled nice.Beds were very comfy with lots of pillows.there were extra towels in bathroom.i liked the soap, shampoo and conditioner dispener in shower.lobby was clean.breakfast room was very clean and well stocked with hot items.the river view was nice.big firepit area by the water.staff was very nice.i asked for a shower chair when i arrived and they brought one right up.Always saw someone cleaning something , even sweeping outside in the parking area.thats always a plus.There was vending machines and guest laundry.very affordable but it was january so i dont know about summer prices We will stay here again!

There is an elevater but It was kind of an uphill downhill maze inside going from the parking garage to the elevator and the rooms.the wall thermostat was kind of touchy.At times was hard to regulate but this was our only complaint.
