NOISEIE!!!! BREAKFAST WAS SORRY NO MILK FOR COFFEE,NOT MUCH TO CHOOSE FROM. ROOM NEXT TO MINE GUESTWAS ON THE PHONE AT 2:00 AM TALKING LOUND ENOUGH FOR ME TO HEAR HIS CONVERSATION!!!!!

The room was horrible. It was dirty and filthy. Unclean. Food was still in the fridge. Beer tops and bottles smh

Breakfast was Terrible . Last we stayed in December of 2023. Food was kinda ok. This time lots worse. Biscuit cold , gravy runny and cold . No muffins, instant oats,not much fruit. Maybe some bagels. No microwave to heat anything up.. it would be nice to see different items like bacon or potatoes. Instead it’s same every day.. probably won’t be back!!

The rooms were clean. The inside of the building was clean.

The elevator wasn't working. So it was inconvenient walking up and stairs

i liked that the property looked newly renovated. it didn’t look outdated on the inside of the rooms. the rooms were spacious and comfortable. the balcony was nice.

the outside looked pretty outdated and the elevator was down at the time we stayed so had to use stairs/ramps while we were on the 4th floor. the drink machines didn’t work. the tv wasn’t super important to us but the quality was really bad. for the price it was good we only needed to stay one night so it worked for us.

My family and I absolutely loved everything about this hotel. From the room to the amazing view of the river from the balcony. You can’t go wrong with staying at this hotel, if you are in the area. Also the breakfast was great and the staff was very friendly and courteous.

The only thing that I did not like was that the elevators were not working when we went.

Location is great except for the traffic problem which started around 9:00 am and lasts ALL day and evening. The breakfast was typical. Nothing to write home about.

This facility is in various states of disrepair. It is dated so I’m not sure what renovations took place. The picture on websites was taken from the river looking up so it looks amazing. It is not. The parking is a joke. One must squeeze in between big poles. I was told that I had to park below (between the poles) because the parking at ground level was for those guests that had rooms directly in font of the spaces. I asked for a ground level room and was told there weren’t any. The ELEVATOR WAS BROKEN. My 81 year old mother had a mini stroke and walks with a cane. Hoofing it up and down stairs was terrifying and downright dangerous. Hauling our luggage up and down stairs was ridiculous. Had I known that elevator had been broken all week (information gleaned from a couple from NY) and that other people were lied to as well, we would have never checked in. I asked numerous times if the elevator was getting fixed and was lied to numerous times. I was told that it would definitely be fixed Friday, July 14. The gentleman and woman behind the counter told me I’d get a phone call once it was repaired. None of this happened. I was told I’d be compensated. 20% off is not fair compensation for this disastrous stay. AND, since I booked through a 3rd party I’m sure I’ll never even see that 20%. I would never stay here again.
