Llegamos a las 11 p.m. muy cansados y no había nadie en la oficina, Esperamos media hora para que alguien llegara y nos diera la llave, se supone que debe de ser servicio 24 horas.

We stayed in the Deluxe King room. There was plenty of room for my husband and I, plus two kids. We basically had two separate rooms, very similar to a condo. We had a full kitchen, full size fridge with freezer and dishwasher. There was a shower plus a spa tub. The couch in the living room pulled out to a full size bed. The location was very good, just a few steps from the main strip.
The elevator area looked a little sketchy, but once we got to the room we were very pleased.

Remodeled rooms big beds and everything was right there on the strip. Most places it was pay to park at the motel we did not have to move the car unless we went to pigeon forge or up in the mountains.

I found nothing to complain about here. If you're expecting a Ritz Carlton you may disagree but it was clean and friendly. Our room had been updated.

Attentive staff. Harsh rules. Parking is authoritarian level. AWESOME room right on the strip for a great price.
Had to come back a half hour later because I booked on an online site. They were apologetic but it sucks to just sit around waiting.

The remodeled room were amazing. Staff was great, we had 2 rooms that we booked at separate times and the guy at front desk changed our rooms so we all were at least on the same floor without us even asking him too. Location is great. We will definitely be booking here again.

Thin walls. Could hear adjoining rooms. Bought new shoes shopping and empty boxes thrown away by housekeeping. Wanted to keep.

The location is very good. Room was comfortable with sufficient amenities.
Got a smoking room, although requested for a non smoking. So there was smoking odor in the room. the onsite parking was not enough, but they managed it by giving coupons for public parking. So no complaints for that.

The outside of the hotel was truly deceiving. The room was beautiful…the size amazing!
There was a musty smell in the hallway. The pull out coach sheets were not changed from the previous stay.

Cleanliness,, location, comfortable bed, will definitely stay again.
Elevator was slow and the view from the balcony was a wall that needs disclosed in description.
