We ordered from the tavern on our first night. We had a few drinks while we waited for our food. The bar service was excellent an four drinks were very good. The food was great! I had a fish sandwich and the piece of fish was huge. The fires were very good and the nachos were very good too. Our room was great! It was very clean and spacious. Nice kitchenette area. Could have used a microwave though.

The first morning we had breakfast the service was very good but the quality of the food was only ok at best. There was no fruit or tomato juice left. My eggs were cold and the sausage was hard and cold. Most everyone else had a good breakfast. the second day the service was horrible but the quality of the food was a bit better.

sheets had 2 small faded stains on them breakfast wasn’t the greatest pool could have been a little warmer and the “arcade games” most of them didn’t work

The wait time was a lot and the quality of food not excellent (eg. the ice cream was tastless, the pulled pork was a slice of ham and not a pulled pork at all)

The staff is always friendly and helpful. Our room was cleaned each day and refreshed with needed items. Each floor had a pantry stocked with a Keurig coffee maker and a great selection of pods for making coffee, tea and hot cocoa. The ice maker was also in the pantry and anything you would need to make the perfect hot drink of your choice.

room renovation were great and views are outstanding, location is great. breakfast is a hit every time

Totally overpriced Very basic rooms that don’t match description on Booking.com (no coffee maker in room, no water provided) Rooms to the back of the hotel facing parking lot/ no „panoramic view“ Extremely Poor soundproofing Large bus groups flock the hotel
