Beautiful place

I didn’t get the balcony I asked for, pool was dirty, poor closed earlier then suppose to, and restaurant not open.

The beds were super comfortable.

Restrooms were very small. Pancakes are extra for breakfast would’ve thought it would be included with the $17 price.

The staff is super friendly and helpful! Love that it’s a one-stop-shop property.

The hallways smell like smoke, old socks and musty. At this price point I expected a little more cleanliness (white spots on bedroom floor) and upgraded bathrooms. The rooms are old and although there are modern pictures on the wall, the room is still very outdated.

Staff was friendly and facilities were clean. Great location.

The only issue I had was the climate control in the room. The AC was either on or off. You cannot control the fan speed and the fans were so loud you couldn't hear the TV in the room they ran so hard and so loud.

nice place to stay if you’re coming for work/pleasure. Comfortable and spacious rooms, and cute pool area. I have to say their fitness center is state of the art, amazing.

Room was ok, but not what I requested. Hotel was not too crowded on a Monday. Area is great. View is better above the 4th floor and on the harbor side, but 4th floor wasn't terrible. Bathroom and kitchenette well stocked with articles.

I was checking in with a lady and while I was speaking with her, a manager stepped out and started barking answers to me. "Were you able to honor my request about the harbor side?" Manager answers for her: "You have to request it when you make a reservation by selecting "harbor view." I said "I did request it - through Booking email request." "Oh, we don't see that. You have to reserve through us to request that." "Well, can I request it now?" Sweet lady, "I think I can put you on the harbor side." Manager walks off. Wow. I don't guess he considered I stay there about every 3 months and may want to return again? I am not going to let him ruin my favorite hotel. Regarding the room - the last 2 previous times, I have had AC issues. This time was no exception. The fan would only run on high, even when set to auto or low. It was LOUD. I had to get up in the night and just turn the unit off. I am weary of this issue each visit.
