CLEAN ROOM
i could not get my projector hooked up to your wifi to play it. so that was the worst part of it.

The refrigerator in our room did not work. There was no guide for tv stations. We stayed 2 nights but they did not clean the room or supply fresh towels for our 2nd night.

4th time staying in last couple months. ALWAYS EXCELLENT SERVICE plus ACCOMMODATIONS!!! Mary and Nate are excellent ambassadors for Best Western. The Proprietors are as FRIENDLY as there is.

Everything was clean and breakfast was good. Pool was clean and fun.
No towels in the pool area and the heater in the room was noisy.

Nate was AMAZING as we were early for check-in. He was Profesional and was all you could ask for. The room was as CLEAN as ANY in our travels. The bed was comfortable and the heat was on point because of the spectacular wind chill that was going on...-35! I met the proprietors when we checked out. They were as friendly as this whole stay was AWESOME!!!! If I could give a higher score than EXCELLENT I would!!!

The location was great as it was easily visible and near the interstate. Thankful for breakfast being provided while still keeping price reasonable. The pool was an added bonus for getting some exercise after sitting in car for several hours.
The only thing that would have been helpful to me personally would've been some hot breakfast choices that were not spicy or greasy. But I do have a pretty sensitive stomach and there were other choices.

We did not check in until 1:30 AM…… the man at the front desk was SUPER friendly and helpful !!!!
