The room, itself was okay & was large enough to accommodate my wife and her wheelchair.

The bathroom was poorly designed to accommodate someone, who is in a wheelchair. You're not able to get from a wheelchair onto the shower chair, because the bathroom door swings inward against the bathtub.

The lady at check in was nice.

When we checked in, there were what it seemed to be maybe 50 cameras just in the lobby and hallway. Once we get to our room, the air is off, BOTH bed are dirty. One bed had stains and hair and the other had stains. The owner didn’t want to give us a refund so we settled for $55 back out of the $87 we spent.

The room had a very weird smell. The floors were really sticky. The air conditioner needs to be cleaned. It was making my kids sick. Over all they need to do better at clean the rooms and put some airfreshers. The hallway was dirty.

For the price I paid there was no continental breakfast, no muffins, toast, cold cereal, juice nothing the only thing they did have was just coffee, I am not a coffee drinker. I got 2 rooms and in one of them the toilet didn't work, the little Hindu guy at the front was about as helpful as tits on a bull. We decided to leave a day early and the same guy at the front desk from the night before refused to be of any assistance when I requested a refund for the unused night because we choose to end our trip a day early. He said that it's already in the system and he couldn't do anything about it. I asked for a corporate number and all he said was go to the website. I will not be returning.
