Spacious room, the location is excellent, the 405 around the corner and a shopping Centre opposite the hotel with everything you need in walking distance. Parking.

The bathroom needs a paint job or upgrade.

I did not stay at the property. I went to check in and they did not have my room. I dealt with Oscar who was not helpful and rude. Very unprofessional. Please credit/refund my credit card the $181.26 immediately.

I love the location and the rooms/views.

The staff presented as kind (smiles,hellos), but they weren’t too helpful (really brushed us off). I asked the front desk if I could extend my stay and the employee refused to assist me and told me to go get online and book an extra night. When I asked if I’d have to switch rooms doing it that way he said to just let them know and they’d try to keep us in the same room.

The water was too hot, felt like it burned my hands.

witnessed how the vending machine in lobby took my money several times! He said there is nothing he can do at first he said there is a phone number. Then later said there is no phone number for refunds so I’m out of luck. I come here 3-4 times a month since I am in between places right now. Today @ 2:45am I called and asked for water if he could send someone up and he said no he is there alone but when I go down stairs he in hidden behind the front desk inside one of the offices playing on his phone or computer. I told him I was a high fall risk prior to going down stairs and I could fall he said “it is not his problem”. Then when I went down stairs for water I said I needed extra water for taking medication. He said “there’s the vending machine right there for me to buy the water”. Knowing as he witnessed the night before how the machine took my money!! Then without my permission he started to video taped me.! No regard for a disabled person! Horrible human being! OCAR SHOULD BE FIRED!

having to pay an extra $20.00 a night to have a room with a mini fridge. Also, the breakfast buffet was only available from 7:00 to 10:00 AM. It should at least be available until 11:00 for those who are there for leisure. The swimming pool clarity was poor. Not very inviting.
