The manger a short Mexican woman was a rude and. Told me I was lying on her employees when I don’t stay out here and was trying get some type of compensation for her employee telling me false information when I called the night before and I’m a black women I feel she was racist rude and I will be reporting her. Thanks

Friendly service

Upon arrival, parking lot was blocked with police activity. Lots of homeless individuals around. Restroom smelled like cigarettes, we got a smoke free room.

Excellent staff. Good location close to Little Sai Gon area.

There was no shampoo in the room and a dryer.

Location was on an easy to access main street, as well as being close to the freeways. It felt like a fairly safe neighborhood to be in, with lots of restaurants and amenities close by. The parking lot was well lit and a member of staff was always onsite.

There was a lot of traffic noise, but there's not much you can do about that. The driveway also was shared with a very busy In & Out burger restaurant so it was sometimes a bit of a challenge to get to the parking lot.

No breakfast

The location was next to the best Cali restaurant I know of.

The smell in the room and the fluctuation of temperatures, as I did not understand how to control it; There was a yucky texture on the shower floor for stepping on.
