Breakfast was good.

Descent place to stay. Nice breakfast.
Not a bad place to stay at all but it was overpriced for the small room we stayed in. Really thin walls and awkward parking. It wouldn't be my first choice to stay at again.

we stayed on the 4th floor and when we got off the elevator we’re immediately hit with a weird humidity. our actual room felt cold and wet the entire time regardless of how we changed the ac. i noticed after a couple hours how awful my allergies had gotten and couldn’t stop sneezing, my throat hurt and itched and my headaches were back. i thought i’d come down with something until every time we left the hotel i felt better and every time we went back i felt awful again. realized we were probably being poisoned by whatever mold was hiding. there was visible mold on the bathroom ceiling and some on the beds. one of the mattresses was so uncomfortable you could feel the springs poking into you as you slept. the lobby has an insanely strong perfume smell, perhaps to cover up another smell. front desk wasn’t very friendly. this hotel has raving reviews so that’s why i chose it but maybe they just have a mold problem on the 4th floor or something. either way if you’re sensitive to mold or just want a nice hotel experience i would not recommend. especially for the price and odd location.

The location was fantastic, unreal value for money, and the bed was amazing! Overall great stay for the night will be back again and parking was fine.

Hotel and rooms were clean. Free breakfast was very good. Staff was very friendly. Great location and value.
Views weren’t great, it’s located behind a Dollar General and all I saw were stacked boxes. But it was right next door to a really fun putt putt course.

This was our second stay at this location and we enjoy the location to Dollywood, but when we stay here it has dominos pizza and a Hardee’s within walking distance or driving if you choose without having to get out on the parkway. Also there is a dollar general directly next to hotel for any forgotten essentials. The breakfast in the morning is delicious.
Nothing to say bad about the property, and it’s not bad but parking is tight if you have a larger vehicle. This stay the only issue we ran into was the first room we were given was marked as clean in the computer but when we walked in was definitely not cleaned. The guy at the front desk was apologetic and quickly switched our room. This property will definitely be our first choice to look at for future over night stays after a full day at Dollywood.

The rooms are super small the beds move around too easily and very uncomfortable mattresses . The furniture looks like an animal has been chewing on them. We could never get anybody to bring us fresh towels unless we had to go all the way downstairs to ask for them. And not to mention, most of the towels had holes in them. Our room was covered in crumbs. And the floor was sticky. I will never stay here again.

They were updating, some things in the room still needed tending to. The cable tv didn’t work well.

The property was close to everything.
There was long black hairs everywhere. We had hair on the bed and floor. Completely disgusting . We had to use a towel that was hanging up and wet it then use that towel to no the floor and it was VERY dirty and someone’s hair everywhere.

The room, location, staff, and property was great. We were there for Rod Run and the location put us in the middle of everything so we were able to walk to all the places that we wanted to see.
It seems like some of the guest on our floor wanted to run through the hall and play outside our room door all hours of the night. Not an issue with the hotel just people not having consideration for others.

The place was very clean. Bed was comfortable. The room was bigger than expected. It was overall a nice stay. Would stay again.

Food was not what the reviews stated, The man at the front desk was not a caring person horrible customer service and he lied The 1st room had a horrible view and was connected to another room with a loud woman next door, we did not ask for a connected room. The second room the bed had a wet spot on sheets better view but once again connected room with a baby next door
