Arriving by car. Very light traffic and convenient valet parking. Easy access by pedestrian bridge to South Coast Plaza.

The building already needs full renovation. Air conditioning was loud. The swimming pool water was too warm for any sporty or refreshing swim. The hotel is more geared towards business than leasurs.

Lovely staff, clean rooms, convenient location. Bed was very comfortable as well.

If you're not a Bonvoy member, you have to paid for WiFi.

방에 티슈, 슬리퍼가 준비되어 있지 않아서 전화로 부탁했는데..전화 받는 직원의 태도, 욕실에 바디워시 통이 비어져 있었지만 이미 몸이 젖은 상태라 비누를 사용했다. 다음날 아침 주어진 종이컵을 이미 사용하여 전화로 부탁할때도 전화받은 상대방은 이번에도 역시 친절하지 않았다. 전화로 부탁 할 일이 없으면 좋겠지만 부득이하게 상대하는 외국인 여행객에게 적대감을 느끼지 않는 이해심 있고 배려할 줄 아는 직원을 만났으면 좋았겠다.

Sadly, upon entering room the bathroom had housekeeping hairs in so many locations…I don’t know why corporations do not mandate it is a rule to wear hairnets for housekeeping

The location was easy to get to and the staff was friendly and attentive. The property was light and clean and the room was a nice size with a great bathroom.

There weren’t a lot of food options available on site and the Starbucks was closed the morning when we came by to get breakfast.

We stayed only one night. Arrived at dinner time so went out to eat. Had a scheduled brunch the next day so didn't eat there.

Unfortunately, I have a duplicate charge one from Booking.com and one from the hotel.the hotel didn’t receive the money from booking.com so they charged our credit card. After a week I’m still going back-and-forth with Booking.com to see how they’re going to handle that. It is so frustrating. This will be probably my last time using Booking.com.

The Westin in OC is our fave getaway from beautiful San Diego. It's easy to get to, there's so much to do in the area, and there's a lot of great places to eat nearby! The hotel is clean, quiet, and comfortable.

We're here 2-3 times a year, and the windows have been dirty the past couple of years. When are you going to get them cleaned?

The location was convenient

The rooms seemed dirty, the property was overbooked and we stayed in another hotel the first night, the food was not good and in general it looked run down

Heated Pool area was nice. The pool was not huge but big enough to enjoy with a decent amount of people. They serve drinks and food poolside during the day. The room was clean (except the windows) and bedding was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and the valet attendants were quick to get us our vehicle anytime we needed. Located across from large mall and lots of great restaurants within a short driving distance. Short drive to beach as well.

The shower water pressure was really lacking, you had to stand almost against the wall just to get in the water. The windows in the room were filthy so the nice view was not so nice. The pictures showed a small sofa in room but there was not. The parking, food and drinks were on the pricey side. This hotel itself was good but our experience was not as good as it could've been for the price. Disappointed about that because this was a family birthday trip. I am not sure that I would stay here again for the amount we paid it was not what we expected when we booked.

I was charged by booking.com and I was billed a second time by the hotel directly, The staff mentioned it was a communication on booking.com behalf. I'm upset that I have to wait $417 to be returned to my account.

The location is convenient for attending events at the Segerstrom Center and Shopping at the South Coast Plaza.
