Didnt have towels in pool room only 2 towels in room would give extra pillows and gave sheet for blanket shower was cold water

I was going into the hospital the next day. Room was just the right size, and had the quiet I wanted. The Baymont was right across the street from Parkview, real convenient.

Room and bed. Friendly staff on front desk at check in. Neat and tidy appearance facilities. Helpful.

Ice machine not working. Bed linens need updating. Very disappointed with breakfast. Not much there. No peanut butter, green bananas, only white choices for bread. Poor choices for cereals. Breakfast was supposed to be ready at 6am. Not ready till about 6:25 am. Not your most personable breakfast attendant. Although somewhat helpful.

In general I love Wyndhams, especially since they are pet friendly and have a reasonable pet fee. The staff was very friendly, good, free, continental breakfast & convenient to getting on/off highway.

This one had quite a bit of drug activity (we consistently smelled marijuana & saw 2 "deals" go down in the parking lot). Also there was no hot water for showers 2 of the 3 days we were there:(.

The pool was wonderful. The bed was very comfy and clean, The TV had a ton of channels and worked great. The Internet also worked well.Some of the staff were friendly and helpful, especially at breakfast.

The shower never got hot. It was warm so it was tolerable but definitely not hot. The floor behind the couch was not clean. Some staff were very abrupt and not very friendly. The pool towels were not kept in the pool and we only had 2 shower towels in our bathroom. We had 3 staying in the room though.

That it was a good price

Room smelled funny, bath room was dirty, breakfast was horrible.

Nothing, the elevator was broken down and we were put on the 2nd floor. The pool was closed. The breakfast had waffles nothing else

Breakfast service extremely poor and limited. Staff including manager did not care.

The light to the pool was hanging in the water and when we told front desk he said it was okay to swim still they had it checked out..... yea no thanks I see wires buddy

I just wish we could have gotten service to clean our room everyday because we were there three daysNice

Staff was courteous and kind. My room was perfect, it was exactly what I needed, and for an affordable price. There were only minor issues with cleanliness and those were easily fixed by the staff. The location was great too, right by the freeway- my GPS got a little confused by the driveway leading into it but the place itself was nice.

I do wish there had been a new bottle of shampoo instead of the half empty bottle of lotion that was waiting for me with a single hair inside. That was gross. But also very easy to fix, just got my toiletries replaced and it was like it never even happened. The staff was helpful and corrected the mistake right away. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a cost effective, clean and dignified place to stay.

The bed was hard as concrete the pillows was uncomfortable and there was a bad odor

Bed was soft and lumpy. Terrible breakfast. Barely anything to eat. Coffee maker in room didnt work and was dirty. Outdoor light was shining on our window outside. Even with drapes pulled it was as if a light was on in our room.

After one warm shower, the water remained cold for my husband.

not as clean as I would have liked.

Room was very clean. Ice machine did not work. Took forever to get hot water. Breakfast was not good. Juice machine was broken. We don't drink coffee. No milk. Waffle machine had no mix. Only had bananas, a few packaged rolls, looked like the type you would buy at Walmart. Persons checking us in and out were very rude.

Breakfast and need friendly people at the check in desk. We have been coming to this Baymont for about 5 years. The previous managers were great. My husband was here about 4-5 times a year for business meetings. He was always greeted by name when he walked in and would sometimes get upgrades, just because. New managers are nowhere close to this. They need to smile and maybe talk English better. We will not be staying at this Baymont anymore. Had 2 towels had to ask for more. 1 very, very small bar of soap, had to ask for several more.

Served cold breakfast, room did not match price, and the checkout should have been at noon and they had a little sign saying checkout is at 11am.
