Location and cold AC

Dirty floor, room was stuffy on arrival and stank, no elevator, fridge was unplugged, banister was loose on stairs.

The main positive was that I made a mistake in booking - picked a room with one king bed instead of two doubles - and the manager made a room change without an extra charge. He wasn't super friendly or nice, but he was accommodating. The beds and pillows were pretty good.

This is a pretty extensive list. The facility is really old with threadbare carpet and some waves in the floors. There were a lot of problems - the TV didn't work, the toilet flushed so slow that I worried every time someone used it, the smoke alar was beeping (nearly dead battery) and was in a drawer, the safety latch on the door was half torn off, and the carpet had bits of stuff (grass, etc) so it obviously hadn't been vacuumed lately. The doors at either end of the building had signs not to use them, but they were both open so that anyone could enter. One of our beds didn't have a blanket on it - just a sheet and bedspread. The manager wasn't very friendly and there was another couple complaining that their room door was open when they returned after being out. There was no breakfast whatsoever. While it's a fair value for the money considering how expensive hotels are becoming, we wouldn't stay here again.

Staff very friendly

Room was supposed be non smoking smelled like smoke. The toilet wouldn't flush, water turned off. Rooms air had to be plugged in to work. Fixture cover barely hanging on. Just disappointing for the price we paid.

The tv did not work it was not fun trying to entertain your son

The room was warm.

The laby at the counter was a little rude and I did not get the room that I had ordered but I was too tired to even complain. The mini fridge was not plugged in the alarm clock was not plugged in I lights flickered and my floor was not vacuumed nor was the bathroom floor mopped both floors were dirty it was gross
