Friendly staff and parking right in front of room.

They only activated my card for one day each day. So you would have to go everyday to get it activated. they had no towels in the room and required me to come out in 20 degree weather to get some. They had no breakfast. Worst of all the bathrooms were disgusting they had not been mopped or swept. && the toilet was filthy!

There was hair on the bathroom wall from the previous attendant I didn't have any hot water the bedding smelled it look like there was something stuck up on the ceiling from the previous the remote didn't even work for the TV the batteries were dead person that was there there's going to be a complimentary breakfast and nobody was there couldn't even get complimentary breakfast

the room had stains in the floor, sheets and towels even though they were clean that is not appealing to the consumers. I will not stay here again. Also the housekeepers did not understand English and did express that she didn’t understand nor speak English.

Nothing was acceptable with this day at this motel

This is the worst motel room and facility that I have ever stayed out in my entire life. That goes without any hesitation. First, online it stated they would have breakfast available. The manager said they do not serve breakfast. The manager was very unfriendly. The room was filthy mildewed dirty rusty everything was unacceptable. The only good thing is when I left

The staff were friendly and tried to be helpful but there was little they could do.

There was no complimentary breakfast, I had to change from the first room because it had a disgusting odor. The refund promised is still pending

On checking in there were some unhappy customers one checking in and one checking out. Advised staff on next morning that sugar ants were all over the sink. She was happy ans the management had just taken over the hotel. Happy to be told of problems in the rooms.

Roadway into the hotel was rutted and very bumpy. I know they have nothing to do with that, but the city is not doing their job of road improvement. Keys did not work second time had to get them re-engerized.

The room had bugs. The sheets were damp and everything in the room smelled musty.

Bright parking lot. Easy to maneuver in and out.

Sheets were not washed, smelled like last occupants perfume and had potato chips in them. Fortunately they gave me two queen beds instead of the king I paid for and one of the two beds was clean(ish). Pillows were lumpy. The shower was very gross due to hair, mildew and various mystery stains. The room has a wet and musty odor. The website clearly mentioned a breakfast but hotel had a hand written sign up that stated there is NO breakfast (false advertising). Carpet was peeling off of the walls. Something bit me 3 times in the bed. The toilet was not cleaned; there was something on the toilet seat.

moldy, dirty, toilet ran until you raised lid and messed with it. tub wouldn’t drain. advertising free breakfast. sign said no breakfast when we got there. was mucous on bathroom wall. some type of white substance on bed spread. smelled horrible.

Horrible place to stay. Carpet was stained. Bathroom was in very bad shape. Bugs on the floor.

Noting was good about the room. Air wasn't adjustable.

Towels and bedding were absolutely threadbare, obviously washed a thousand times…looked shabby…
