Good location nice staff

Toilet seemed loose every time we sat to use it, it made noises as if it wasn’t tightened all the way down. Bathroom floors n base boards were dirty. Wanted water from lobby was told they wouldn’t refill it till next day… didn’t understand that

Breakfast had a good selection. Although the eggs were off.

We noted that we were going to need the pull out and asked to have it made up before our arrival. It wasn’t and the pull out was covered in rodent feces. The door card locks didn’t work well. We had to insert and remove our card many times before we could get into our room. The pool lock didn’t work either. And we had to wait for someone to show up before we could get in. Weird that there isn’t a key onsite.

Lobby and hallways need minor repairs.

I like the location; friendly staff and the rooms are always cleaned and nicely prepped.

Well, I didn’t know my room was accessible for the disabled. It wasn’t a bad thing, I just wasn’t expecting it. I managed and it was still a great stay per usual.

It was great and the front desk was amazing.

I like the room temperature and floor my room was on.

I didn’t like barking animals in the hotel. The side door was unlocked and anyone could enter. I didn’t like the hair that was in the tub or toilet handle (dark long hair, several strands, couldn’t be missed).

the staff were helpful and very kind. the property and the room were immaculate and comfortable. It was a restful stop during a stressful trip. thank you!
