it was a very bad night for me super dramatic and quite late still the young man helped me with my technical difficulties and got me checked in quickly as possible, tried to find me a charger as my phone died when he could’ve said no!!! The lady opened the doors earlier than expected to make coffee and offer breakfast! The price was all I could afford and hospitality is priceless!!!

The guy that worked at the front desk when I arrived was rude he strong army to stay there by holding on to my driver's license and saying he was going to call the police and I was out of town you know how Arabs are they trying to talk to you any kind of way so the experience was horrible I would not recommend that place too no one and booking com need to stop promoting these places that are not right and look at what they are promoting so there was nothing that I like about it

The whole experience the people that work there he's strong armed me into staying there holding my driver's license because I did not let him talk to me any kind of way that is what Arabs do and threatened to call the police on me and I was out of town so I will force to stay there one night and I checked out the next morning that's how comfortable it was the rooms wasn't right the bed was messed up the rooms was funky the whole experience was horrible I would never go through booking.com again I will stick with Priceline

We didn't actually stay. We had a medical emergency and couldn't make it. We were charged even though we had an issue beyond our control they still charged us. They didn't even answer my request.

A lot listed on reservations was not available. No continental breakfast, no iron or board, etc.
