We got blamed for being loud due to having kids but the smaller kid constantly yelling, crying, and trying to run out and parents slamming doors ALL DAY below us a few doors down is ok.Other then that there was NO ONE around us besides on day two-a guy showed up walking w his stereo everywhere Blaring his music smoking weed. My kids have school till 3 and bed by 8 HOW MUCH SOUND OR HOW LOUD CAN KIDS REALLY BE? I would whoop my kids a$$..and yes they did get told to be quite by me when playing getting exciting. But total clueless ESP When u got all kinda crazy crap going on. Music- nonstop dog barking DAY AND NIGHT. Drunk man who can’t get into his room.Ask For help- then goes to office &hitting every curb that night goin to &from office. Man cussing out his wife out in front of his room. But I minded my own business like PEOPLE SHOULD. I have pictures of the tub -not working -room lights and sockets-not working-peep hole is gone so it’s a gauged hole u can see both ways in and out. Blow dryer guts had been taken out, so ofcourse it didn’t work.. werid guy staying next door that kept hitting on me till my fiance showed up then he seemed MAD that I had a man there with me..it was WEIRD. So many manyyy things …and we don’t complain once!! Yet my family,,who are very respectful&to theirself, get told we have a noise complaint from several people ..(about what ? In the middle Of the day?HOW?What did we do to make that much noise?)ohh the kids ran around the room in middle of the day -REALLY?!!! we are upstairs (only Room Available) w a 2 year old.ITS THAT BAD? Wthhh? Something just didn’t seem right.idk.we get a hotel 1Xs a mnth for 2yrs&have NEVER,everrrr complained on! Not even once!

The front desk receptionist/Front desk staff., Very RUDE and down right RUDE. She did not speak English well at all.She quoted different prices for the same rooms.I dont know... If she was trained to speak to customers in such a NASTY TONE.I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED.

The blinds were ripped in multiple rooms , the bathroom was disgusting and the shower curtain was a disgrace, there were roaches in the bathroom , a couple of the towels were stained

Check in person was wonderful and friendly. Location was good. Nice selection of restaurants fairly close.

Continental breakfast was skimpy and very limited. Gave the impression of a place trying to get rid of you as quick as possible. Morning check out person wasn't very friendly and seemed like she just wanted the people gone.

Clean room and the staff was very pleasant. This was our second stay here and we enjoyed the stay. We will probably stay here again.

Bed pillows were lumpy and the bed was a bit on the harder side. Ironing board was broken and the air conditioner didn't work so great.

Good location, clean, bed was ok.

The lights from outside, noise,

No breakfast; disappointing. The room was surprisingly clean and comfortable.

Breakfast, as stated, would have been nice. At least a cup of coffee to go, but nothing.
