Sucio, No me hicieron la habitación, dejaron sabana sucia de sangre o parecido, tuve que bajar 2 veces a recepción solicitando cambio y SOLAMENTE ME DEJARON 1 sabana para que TO HAGA LA CAMA Había una toalla colgada detrás de la puerta del baño. Cama y colchón manchados Se notaba todo viejo y sucio, me dio mucho asco todo, llegue tarde solamente para dormir y al otro día muy temprano me fui, no desayune porque también dio asco la sección de comedor. Al parecer hay gente que vive allí, al llegar están fumando afuera pero junto a la puerta, la basura de fuera, (en la puerta) desbordaba

Breakfast wasn’t set up when we had to leave in the morning. Not by fault of the staff we had an early event.

Hotel was old and had a musty smell to it.

It was close to where I needed to be, and the one lady working was nice and friendly

It was really dated, and advertised breakfast, there was nothing but coffee and juice

The bed was made and there were clean towels.

The room smelled like smoke. The bathroom smelled like mildew. The fridge had food in it from the previous occupant. The fan/air conditioner had mold growing on the vents.

I am absolutely not happy with my room.  The bathroom is dirt and coudnt shut bathroom door, the floors were not clean and there might be a mouse living behind the bed, my daughter saw something.  I was informed I wouldn't get refunded for tonight because I already checked and there is a chance I could get tomorrow.  But after consideration and my families safety I will not be staying tonight and would like a full refund.

I have never stayed in a room more filthy and disgusting as this! Do not stay here! We did not feel safe in this location either. Several police showed up for something happening a few doors down. Worst experience ever. I don't know how this motel chain keeps this location open and running the way it does.

Our room was outdated and stunk so bad, Like a dirty room and cigarettes. Rooms havent been updated since the place was built. There were cobwebs all over the room with bugs in the cobwebs. a used wash rag was still in the shower from a previous stay. I had to go to Meijer's and buy pillows for me and my daughter because the pillows were flat. Breakfast was only cereal, so we left and got breakfast at Mcdonald's. We was in the the area for a volleyball tournament and got in somewhat late otherwise i would have cancelled and found somewhere else to stay. Just needed a place to sleep but will not return and do not recommend.
