No staff on site, virtual check-in. No security. unsafe conditions. homeless sleeping in lobby. Rooms not clean.

Room was clean. We really did not have specific need to communicate with anyone - but when we encountered staff in the hall, they did not engage with us.

Breakfast limited, out of items on occasion. One of the mattresses was not in good condition. Unsure why the tables in the entry to breakfast had the chairs up on them, making the appearance not conducive to accepting guests.

Bathroom lights too dim.

I’m actually surprised at how many bad reviews there are for this place. The room was clean, fresh towels, fresh sheets, everything wiped down. No bad smells. I didn’t swim in the pool but that also looked pretty clean. Yes, there is a virtual receptionist for check in. But I have to say I preferred it that way.

One of the downside is the breakfast. They have juice, coffee, muffins, toast cereal & hard boiled eggs (no salt only pepper.) I would’ve liked it if there were more options for protein, not just carbs and sugar. The toilet paper was very cheap and scratchy. And the air conditioner made some strange noises.

Well the only thing that I did not like when I first booked this Location was the services fees of $10.00 per night and the taxes where not included in the cost over the over all booking and we had to pay those taxes at the time of check in, Also. folks there is a $100 deposit. Well after seeing the property and rooms and the hotel is in prestige condition and is just one of the most cleanest locations for any hotel i have ever stayed in I could not even find dust on my tv screen.

There was no breakfast at the time of our stay.
