They need a bit more hot stuffs for breakfast. It's technically nothing.

I had to have a surgical procedure at Radiology Regional, ( I am involved with a clinical drug trial, and need to have a biopsy evey yr.) which is a half block away from this hotel. When I booked my room, I added a note that I would be recovering for 24 hours after the procedure and was to be on bed rest. If it was possible, I needed to be on the 1st floor and as the procedure was for 10am, I might need an early check-in, around 2pm. In my confirmation letter for the booking, they responded that they would try to accommodate my request. I got to the hotel a little before 2pm and Mr Patel checked me in, and said that there was no problem with checking me in a little early and I had my choice of where on the first floor I wanted to stay (facing the pool courtyard, facing the street and/or closer to the exterior door). I have stayed here before, and will continue to stay at this Baymont Hotel. Staff are friendly, rooms are clean and on the larger size. Also have a hair dryer, coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator in each room. Good continental breakfast in the morning (with a waffle maker).

There is nothing that I didn't like, and they have been doing improvements to the property since I was last here a year ago.

The locattion is very good: Close to the beach, Naples and Ft. Myers. The hotel is old, but clean. The breakfast was lousy for Europeaen standards. Excellent price-performance-ratio!

Breakfast was OK but it was setup in what amounted to a hallway. Food options were somewhat limited.

We did not like the remote check-in/ checkout with no personal contact. Building security seemed lacking.

Cleanliness and breakfast

No heated pool and no front desk personnel was just kiosk. Also unable to get final Bill was supposed to email because they could not print. Have never gotten one

Large room in a good location.

No person present to greet you or check out. Only spoke to person on a screen. No personal connection.

Very poor breakfast compared to other hotels we have stayed in.

Check in by a computer screen woman and forced to check out by a man knocking on door saying "everyone out". Where is the normal check in and out by a real person at the registration desk. We were booked for 3 nights and stayed one, assume you will promptly see that our credit card will show this refund and also the $00 damage deposit.

it is pretty good location, close by the places that we wanted to go

i made a reservation on booking and for some random reason i messed up the dates, and I got that was my fault, but we we’re still satay there and they didn’t help us to change the dates, even though it was the same amount of the days so it was very rude.
