Although we paid for a non-smoking room, we smelled cigarette smoke, pot and incense the moment we walked in to our room on the second floor. We aren't 100 % sure, but assumed there was someone smoking in the rooms below us. The door card reader didn't work properly and it took us multiple attempts to enter. The room looks like it hasn't been updated in a very long time.

The room smelled of cigarettes and mildew. The sheets were stained, there were cockroaches, the door lock was broken. Our car alarm went off 2x in the middle of the night. We did not feel safe. We will NEVER stay at another Baymont by Wyndham again. Wish we could've been refunded.

The up-stairs people were so load and fight most of the night. Didnt get very good sleep. We did inform the front desk.

the housekeeper put our room together quickly.

pretty much everything, where do I start. we get there right at check in time, we get checked in and get the room keys, go find the room and the door was wide open, seen the housekeeper and ask her what was going on with that room, she quickly got the room put together for us and was very upset that the front desk put us in that room that wasn’t even cleaned yet. then on top of that there was a guy in the lobby wanting a room but didn’t have a reservation, he was told they were full, and there was still plenty of empty rooms, but besides that, we didn’t get to sleep until 530am due to noise and commotion, there was people fighting and yelling Al night, sounded like a drag strip outside. it was the worse experience we ever inexperienced and we travel frequently. lessened learned to stop booking the cheaper hotels!!

The breakfast was not the usual, looked very trashy this time. It did not look very appetizing at all.

No coffee both days when I came in, the scrambled eggs and gravy looked terrible and the regular eggs were over cooked and no sausage also. Just wasn’t up to par this visit.

LAMP was missing. Not ONE hangar. The housekeeper was EXCELLENT, though.

beds were very comfortable and room was a perfect size

I saw a few roaches running around by the sink area.

Very convenient wasn't to expensive and staff was very nice. And breakfast in the morning was good. I will stay again
