The location was good and the pricing was decent

Large room on first floor it was quite & we had a good nights sleep.

Having stove, microwave etc. Was great. Enjoyed having pet with me. And there was ample place to walk him.

Staff must be overwhelmed as no maid service at all. No trash removal and no instructions as to where to deposit it. A damp towel fell in the floor and on picking it up noticed dirt on towel so I mopped the rest of the hard floor and found quit a bit of dirt and dust (corners were especially grimy) Breakfast consisted of pre-packaged cakes hot water and instant oatmeal. Yes, they did offer.coffee.

carpet was dirty and had a lot of stains on it. the room smelled bad of smoke and caused allergies to flair up with an uncomfortable night sleep.

Breakfast was a snack. Location was good.

The bed was so hard I could not get a good nights rest on it. My back hurt when I got up in the morning. Tossed and turned a lot trying to get comfortable.

the staff is very friendly and welcoming. shelly checked us in and she made the experience all the better.

Location cannot be beaten for attending liberty university sports events.

Not getting the double as booked but they made up for it with a free cot and lower price!

The staff was very friendly, we checked in and out in minutes.

Booked the room for two nights 3 weeks in advance with the option to modify or cancel booking up to 6pm night of our stay (costs extra for that). We found out the night before we would be held up and couldn't leave until 8pm the night of our stay. It's a 6+ hour drive. So we thought we could just cancel the first night, catching a different hotel on the way down and keep the second night. Unable to do that on line so we called and had to leave a message with the desk clerk for the supervisor. No return call, so we called back the next day and were told first: "If you don't show up for the first night, your entire booking will be cancelled and you lose the room on the 2nd night. And, you cannot cancel just the first night as then you'll lose your entire booking and you'll lose the room on second night. This is because we are sold out and the system cannot modify the reservation". We double checked and the entire town was sold out. We opted to drive 6 hours straight, check in at 2am. I will not be booking at any Extended Stay Suites in the future. Staff was nice enough but paying extra for flexibility we didn't receive just doesn't fly. Also, the 'no smoking room' smelled like smoke, had a cigarette burn on the comforter.
