But I did not like being charged twice you all charged me, and so did Fairfield hotel can’t afford paying double please correct the error

I liked the indoor pool hours and that they had towels at the pool. The lady at the desk was super great! She was helpful, super nice and knowledgeable. Everything was clean, even if some things were older, it was all clean. I didn't feel like we would get sick or anything. I liked that there was a mini fridge and microwave in the room. The workout room was really good. Getting there and parking was easy. The location was near a lot of things.

Everything in the room was a little janky. The flusher for the toilet was messed up, so you had to flush it a certain way, some of the light bulbs in the lamps flickered and the outlets/USB ports on the lamps didn't work. Breakfast was sparce. The beds were very hard. The view from our room sucked, I would have liked to have had a room facing the front of the hotel. We were there for 3 days and never got fresh towels, toilet paper refilled, or the sheets changed. The room was stuffy feeling. Overall, the hotel is older and in need of an upgrade.

The property was in a great location, the staff was excellent and it was very clean.

The beds were extremely uncomfortable and breakfast was mediocre at best.
