Staff were kind. Parking was fine. Room clean. Lots of sitting room in the room.

The bed was worn out with big ruts on each side. The first light switch in the room did not work, so we entered a dark room. There was no fan in the bathroom making it very hot and moist. Tv very small.

Bathroom floor had hair on it, needed to be cleaned better and the bathroom door was filthy and needed to be cleaned as well. Also price was ridiculous for one night $ 160 due to the Commonwealth games, price was definitely not in line with the accommodations.

Clean, new appliances. The staff treated us nicely. All of our comfort needs were met.

Receptionist in the morning was short and not willing to assist with an issue that came up. Gave me a short answer and went about her business. Please fix your waffle batter machine.

Breakfast selection was poor. There was only sugary cereals, hard boiled eggs and bread. There was no fruit or other proteins. The toilet in our room was dirty and there were pills scattered on the floor around the bed. Fortunately we found the pills before our dog did.

The room met expectations. Price was great. Location was great. Beds and pillows were comfy. Had to go down to the front desk at bedtime sp we could get sheets for the sleeper sofa as there were none in the room anywhere and there wasn't a blanket for it but we had brought our own. The only true complaint I would voice is the 'free breakfast' was very disappointing. There were few cereal choices as one item. They had a waffle maker but were pretty much out of the batter for it. They had a small refrigerator with some milk and yogurt in it. They had a few bananas and a couple apples. There was coffee and the fixings and a juice machine with apple and orange juice. That about sums it up!

Breakfast options horrible - nothing was refilled barely any options to eat - no fruit no yogurt no muffins all gone. Bathroom fan didn’t work. Neighbor room had tv extremely loud and could be heard all hours

Elevator broke/slow. 4 th floor room. To many people always hanging out in lobby and outside the door.

Bathroom drain clogged up. Lights are not working. Too dark. Poor maintenance.
