It was just average. Staff was pleasant.

Over priced room and vending.

My room 335 was OK except the sink drain was nearly plugged which leaves the cleanliness and maintenance questionable, my room was very cold upon entry the air conditioner was on and when I turned the heat on it went to 84 and would not stay down when turned down, My Daughter was unhappy with the heater noise and the settings, It was to hot and she couldn't get it to change in this room also. And these rooms were supposed to be close, if at all possible, my room was 335 hers was 226 so not even on the same floor.

Convenient location and very nice facility.

The breakfast was decent.

The was no one at the desk when we arrived. When we got to our room I called housekeeping to request an additional pillow. Right away she told me they were all out. No attempt was even made to accommodate me or figure out how to help make me comfortable. The hotel was not full. We were only staying one night and a pillow could have been borrowed from another room or another room’s extra bedding for the night. Even the extra bedding (pillow) from our room was missing. To add to my discomfort, our room was on the side of the street which was extremely loud. We heard every truck and motorcycle that went by. We absolutely did not get any sleep. When you come from out of town and are not familiar with the location, it is difficult to know whether or not a street is busy. I would have never booked a room on a busy street. However, I would think that the windows would be noise reducing.

The three C's: Clean, Quiet, Comfortable. Nothing to complain about

Breakfast was good. Bed was nice. Staff was ok but didn’t help with truck issue.

Location terrible. Husbands truck got broken into. Homeless set up in parking lot. Unfortunately we will never stay again due to that. Stayed there bc of close proximity to children’s hospital.

Everyone was friendly and helpful

The breakfast was excellent!!!! It was a little difficult manuevering around chairs and other people with a walker. Other than that the Breakfast was excellent. The Staff was also excellent

Having Parkinsons is my issue, but your Staff steppped up without asking for assistance in every way possible to help . They were amazing

Breakfast was on time, unimaginative, and forget them refilling the coffee pot or EVEN the water.

I stayed 8 nights. I had to BEG for housekeeping service, using every method I could think of, running after housekeepers and asking if I could be placed on their room cleaning list, calling the front desk both morning and night asking to have my room cleaned--on the third night, I employed all three tactics, from then on, every night. I was successful in getting the room cleaned 2 out of 8 nights. That means no towels, no sheets, no coffee...I began leaving my trash outside the room, as I noticed that's what other people did. The first time I succeeded in obtaining housekeeping service, on night 4, I had called the front desk, angry, at 9:30 pm after returning to the hotel. The front desk staff told me that "guests don't like to get their rooms cleaned", but he would send someone up. A maintenance man came up, and he did a fairly decent job, for which I was happy to tip him. On day 7, I cornered 3 housekeeping staff and one of them did come by to "clean". She made the bed and left folded towels on top of the bed. I don't think this hotel owns a vacuum. This ridiculousness is way more than enough to make me never stay there again. But if you truly don't care about sheets and towels for an 8 night stay, then I suppose it is a decent enough hotel.

The pool is really small no hot tub and the pull bed in the room was not comfortable at all it was like sleeping on springs and no bedding provided for that bed

The room

The day front staff was rude and grumpy towards my family and child. We will not be staying there anymore. The breakfast was not like it used to be. We’ve stayed there several times and the food used to be good.

Breakfast was super good!! Lots of variety! Location worked great with it being right across from the clinic.

Wish there was a hot tub but not a huge deal either!

The cleanliness and friendliness

Absolutely nothing.

Shower had mold/mildew. Only one washcloth was provided, wife used it to clean around surgical incisions, only to realize it had brown and green stains and someone’s pubic hairs on it. Pillows were thin, blankets were thin, asked for more of both and was not given more. Fridge didn’t work - spoiled milk and food we bought for our toddler. Bed was uncomfortable. Floor was filthy, sofa bed was just a twin mattress, and no extra linens for that, either. Multiple softball teams were staying there, staff did nothing to keep them quiet at all. Room was ridiculously expensive for the poor quality of the hotel.

Close to Anschutz Medical Center and restaurants in easy walking distance. Buffet breakfast was very good!

The staff was always so friendly including the house keeping. I liked the fact that I could set how often the cleaning staff came into our room. The breakfast was super yummy and filling.
