Lounge was clean, staff were nice and location was good!

I stayed 2 nights only had clean towels/bedding for the 1st night. Second night I had to ask someone to give new towels and please clean room. A few towels were given but room was never cleaned.

Location was very convenient. We went to several distilleries as well as the Kentucky Derby. Excellent staff and everyone was extremely helpful and friendly

My husband and I absolutely loved this hotel!! This Best Western was beautiful, very clean, and super friendly check in staff. There was a hot coffee bar, open all the time. It was located in the lobby. The hot breakfast was amazing! It had sausage, omelets, hash browns, biscuits and gravy, pancakes, oatmeal, cereal, toast, bagels, muffins, and fresh fruit. It also had a heated indoor pool! The location was really great. Close to what we like to do when we come to Louisville. The bed was perfect and the pillows were amazing. The a/c kept the room nice and cool. My husband and I are making this our hotel we stay at when we go to Louisville. If you are looking for a nice, clean place with friendly staff I would recommend this hotel!

the elevator, makes too much noise also using the same elevator for service is in-comfortable
