Espaço bem aproveitado , banheiro bom, chuveiro bom. Estacionamento ótimo. Café da manhã perfeito e bem completo

Limpeza em geral muito fraca, cama os lençóis poderiam ser mais limpos e trocados pois o tempo da estadia de 8 dias. Atendimento da recepção muito ruim, falta educação, mais comunicação e atenção.

Breakfast was good. The location was perfect for our purpose. The bed was very comfortable.

It didn’t appear that housekeeping had attended our room . We were there for two nights.

Breakfast was OK. Hot meals were not cooked well. Cold cereals and yogurt were fine.

Room was filthy and in need of repair. Staff was unprofessional. Told us we would be refunded one night's stay and 3 weeks later we still have not received it. Warped doors, water stains, and a bonus toenail clipping on the floor with some stale cereal.

Rooms were nice and clean. Very quiet hotel

When you first walk in smells like old carpet smell. Maybe need new carpet

My name is Len McCallum and I just checked into your beautiful hotel. I chose it because of your reviews but the first impression wasn't the best. Mrs. Deb Mueller I'm sure you don't know doesn't know how to treat customers. She was walking in when I was walking in at 2300 at night. She placed her bags on the ground and turn around towards the desk and looked at me. I proceed to say I just want to check in and she got real nasty. She started,”Can I at least check in, you walked in right behind me”. I paused and said I don't know why you have an ugly attitude with me. You need to pull the camera and look at this. I was going to call your number but I'm respectful. I spent 21yrs in the military and never had an elderly woman talk to me that way. I think something needs to be done and if she treated me this way then I'm sure there are more because there wasn't a hello it was just immediate rudeness.

The breakfast was very good the staff was very helpful and friendly. We had stayed at this hotel several times before because we have family near by. The hotel was very smelly because of animals were allowed to roam freely. We were delighted to see that that wasn"t the case this visit.
