Clean & good location. Great beach front room.

Next to the beach..

Everything, it is soooo old, badly in need of demolition. It's a basic motel next to the sea.

Rooms are always super clean and organized. The Oceanview rooms are truly awesome and spacious. The underneath parking is very desirable.

Upon our arrival we noticed the presence of construction equipment with a portion of the parking lot closed off. While checking in we were told that our room was on the fifth floor and the elevator was temporarily out of order and would be for about an hour. Therefore we just went to dinner after checking in and postponed entering our room until after we ate. There was considerable very loud and annoying construction noise for two of our three day stay. This was our fourth stay at this location and our first less than desirable outcome. We couldn't place blame on the staff, but we felt that we should have been notified of the situation prior to our arrival. Hopefully this was a singular event.

The elevator had a very strong smell, "I guess" because of some repairs they are doing in the place!

The first room they gave us was on the first floor. It had rained a lot that day and the floor was flooded. They gave us a room on the 6th floor which seemed nice. When we woke that morning the roof had leaked in the corner. I brought this to their attention. Also the whole place smelled like weed, especially in the hallways, and my 12 year old even said something about it.

I liked the cleanest,the parking,easy walk to the beach, location was excellent, room was nice An roomy An We jus enjoyed the stay.

Well at first the lady at the front desk wasn’t very friendly as when We first checked in like she was mad or something but a lil later throughout the Day she got a lil better with been a lil friendly. An I didn’t like the way U can hear the ppls in the room next to U talking An doing whatever real clear. That’s not Good.

The ocean front view was amazing,

Run down, rusted with mold above the sliding door. No breakfast. Just coffee . The water in the shower was brown and the drainage was plugged . Over all just run down

Parkplatz, Lage, Pool

Good location in a " less busy" part of the beach. Very clean hotel.

Loved the big, airy room and the great view of the beach. It was easy to get from the lobby directly to the beach. Maybe early June is a "quiet time" in Daytona but it was not crowded. I found it very relaxing and everybody at the hotel was very helpful.

I was pretty happy, no complaints. I would stay there again.

Close to the beach, pool and plenty of chairs and tables, coffee available all day.

Room had a smell to it so they spray fabuloso and it does not last long

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I always saw staff working to keep the areas as clean as possible. The housekeepers were so nice, made sure we had enough amenities in our room. In summary, you get what you pay for but they try to make it pleasant. Some hotels are ran like Little Caesars pizza, "its $5, who cares?" I appreciate the location the parking was accessible, close to a CVS, right across miniature golf.

The rooms need a little facelift. The towels for the pool are very limited.

The view was beautiful and the pool was clean

The room smelled very bad, the ac dripped water all day and night and the carpet was constantly wet. The room smelled like a sewer and we asked to change rooms within the first hour of checking in and was told to wait for a manager to get back. We went to the pool and beach for a few hours and after returning we were told they couldn’t move us. There was dried up blood prints on our enterance of our front door frame and on the sides of the toilet and also the white part of the curtain . The beds were comfy and clean however this room needs to be looked at. We were having trouble breathing with the way that room smells. Room 103

The Location and price were excellent! This was our second stay and we’ll be back!

The jacuzzi not working at the moment-but we were aware before going that it was not working. (Great communication from hotel)

Beachfront with balcony is awesome. Super clean room.

Location, view, easy parking

The beach view from our balcony was the BEST! Front desk personnel were very polite and informative. All areas in the hotel were very clean. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

I really could not think of anything they could have done to make our stay better.

The easy access to the pool and beach. Also the rooms are spacious and clean.

The pool could be cleaner and the levels checked. It was more green than blue.

there were bugs, the water dripped in the shower, the pool didn’t look clean and had a lot of beach sand in it, the halls smell like strong bleach the parking paper was just out of paper and would blow out of the car
